“Ive been to this store several times and always have a good experience. Today we received amazing customer service from Sandro and Janine. They truly went above and beyond for us, determined to resolve the problem with transferring messages from an iPhone 11 that hadn’t been backed up since 2022 with maxed memory to our newly purchased phone. Sounds easy but the 11 gave alot of push back lol. They were patient and kind the whole time. This is why we’ve stayed loyal T-Mobile customers since 2007. “Had to get my phone repaired and quickly before a trip. Was able to set up thru aspirant and CPR was the only store open on Sunday. They were friendly and was able to fix/repair my phone within a hour. Very impressed with the timeliness and prompt response to getting it repaired.”
