Today, Sunday July 7th 2024, I paid a $12.00 car wash fee (most expensive option) for the “laser” wash & it beyond sucks! What’s worse is the attendant, Sunita. I calmly & politely asked her if it’s possible to run my car through once more because the water pressure on the “laser” is low, & the same for the air pressure on the dry phase. This left leaves on my windshield & hood of my car. My car looks worse than when I drove up. With a smirk on her face, Sunita told me that it’s impossible for her to allow my car to go through once more. She recommended that I hand wash it & proceeded to tell me that it’s touch-less so you drive through & that’s it. I’ve been an adult for many years & understand how it works, not my 1st drive through but also they are advertising a “laser” wash. I told her that it is bad business & I opted to give this Mobile station my business rather than the car wash across the street because it was convenient. Now I know why the Mobile station was deserted but it was super busy across the street. Sunita didn’t offer a solution, or a discount she merely waved me on & said she doesn’t have access to the drive through at all. I asked her how is it then that I can pay an attendant inside then they give me a code for access to the car wash? She turned red & paused then shrugged her shoulders. Never again will I come here & I DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT ANYONE COME HERE FOR ANY SERVICES ESPECIALLY WHEN SUNITA IS WORKING.

Went there today and bought 50$ of gas. I asked the cashier Tawen if he could turn on the air. I then went back to the pump and my receipt wasn’t there. He then began to berate me and say I didn’t pay for the gas. This got to be worst customer service I’ve ever seen. I have the payment for the gas on my statement. Denying air or water in California after paying for something is illegal.

I’ve been here multiple times, issues ranging from My card Being charged $137 dollars for $20 dollars in gas,Paying at the car wash machine didn’t have change or receipt paper so I went in for my money and they laughed in my face literally and said we can’t help you as if I was asking for something that wasent mine,One of the older dudes always has a condescending attitude, I’m literally here 3-4x a week religiously cause the convenience Ofcourse and I try to look past it but they don’t change and get more disrespectful this is only a few things of atleast 10-15 occurrences I will say there’s a Younger Hispanic kid there don’t recall the name but he and only him has been awesome and super cool and Always goes outta his way to help tbh he’s probably the only reason I waste my time coming here he deserves respect but everyone else is super disrespectful and I hope Your owners will make those changes and remove them. I get well all might have a bad day that’s understandable but this is completely just cause they wana be rude I’ve always been super cordial and polite, respectful I’ve never been the type to be confrontational I’m very quiet person and believe me I wanted to walk in there and give the same attitude I’ve been givin its just not in my nature

I wouldn't even give this place a one star super disrespectful towards women. Literally pushed my mom out of the way and got mad at her for something that isn't her fault it's this trashy places fault. Would've left if we didn't already pay n needed the gas.

I really like this station, but avoid the older man working in the evenings of Asian fecent.He is super rude. Everytime I have gone in I greet him but he makes an unpleasant face (just not a people person, meh). He check all my money to make sure it's all real, which I would u understand for bigger Bill's. But he checks each one as if it where under a microscopy. The is rude and angry if I ask for receipt. Each time I ask for one he purposely coughs up a liggy and starts cough all over the receipt in a purposeful manner. This time I asked politely for another one since he had coughed on it. .he made a disgruntled sound and slammed his hand down as hard as he could on the receipt. He did print me a another all angrily and I actually felt a little scared that he would purposely cough a loogy on it. All the other times his has thrown the receipt at me as well.One time I needed air for my tires and he refused to give me free air which is a law that it be provide for free since it could put peoples life in danger. he never turned on the pumps so I put in what little change I had. since I have two lung diseases I wasnt able to do all my tires. A passing AAA trucked helped me out with the last of it (very thankful for his kindness). He also mentioned that his had bad encounters with the same employee he encouraged me to avoid going when he is working.I really like this place but they have never hired such a rude employee. He honestly needs to be wrtitten up for his babehavior. No other employer would keep a rude employee like him. I really tried to give him the benefit of the doubt but he just down right rude.

One of the clerks at this location made a mistake on the amount of gas I wanted at the pump and was very rude and unprofessional when I tried to have the mistake corrected.

This place will cheat you out of money. The automatic shut off did not work properly, resulting in me being charged for an extra two gallons of gas. I notified the owner and he said it’s impossible to refund me because I paid card. He can only refund if I had paid cash. When I told him I didn’t understand, he just walked away from me. I went back in to ask for a receipt and he completely ignored me. Another customer was also in line due to being ripped off. Don’t come here.

They ripped me off and the owner was despicable. The automatic shut off on pump number one was faulty, resulting in me being charged for an additional two gallons worth of gas. I notified the owner and showed me where the gas spilled onto the floor after waiting forever for help. He told me he couldn't refund me because I paid card not cash. When I told him I didn't understand that, he just walked away from me. I went back inside to ask for a receipt and he completely ignored me. I've never been treated so rudely by anyone and I was nothing but polite to this man. This is fraudulent.

Tawen, the clerk today, refused bathroom accessed to paying customers. This is illegal under CA state law. I, myself, was refused access eventhough I paid to fill up gasoline here by handing him my money, so he knew I was a paying customer and still refused me access. And, nope, I don't look like a hobo.

My credit card was skimmed at this gas station pump leading to cc theft and hundreds of dollars of fraudulent purchases, fortunately my credit card company did not charge me for the fraud. I see that 2 years ago, this was happening at this gas station (see previous review). This gas station not only allowed my cc information to be stolen, but they also over-charged me for gas as well; they took several dollars more from my credit card than the final amount shown on my receipt. Please be careful if you decide to get gas here, consider only using cash to be safe.

Terrible expirence with the Old gas attendant who could hardly speak English or even operate the register. Couldn't even remember how I gave him and he got mad just for trying to help him!
