This place is absolutely terribleGot there at 345pm yesterday and I waited 45 minutes for a simple notary to be done and left my time sensitive FedEx there for pickup. We don’t need to go into detail about her doing my notary incorrectly or trying to charge me for notarial acknowledgments I didn’t needWhen I got called today by the person waiting on that package I realize this package not only wasn’t picked up it wasn’t even scanned in. When I went back over to get my package she couldn’t find it ( because it looks like she lives in there ) got it and got out and dropped the package of at FedEx immediately. Maggie didn’t seem to care about my frustration and tried telling me it was my fault for dropping my package off when I didwhat a joke , stay away from this place if you value your time , sanity and care about your packages going outThis lady is living in the mail shop and don’t miss out on all the junk that is being peddled thereColon cleanse from your local mailbox store ???

10 times better than the post office on Lincoln. Mail plus more has parking, the post office parking lot is donkeybutt. Mail plus more is fast and easy for live scan, mail, P.O. Box, and (like the name) more. Post office is full of lines, 25 clocked-in employees, but only 1 behind the counter. Go to Mail Plus More and save your time and patience. It's worth it!

I googled FedEx location and this place came up. It's a store front. You can't go in. The inside looks disorganized and dirty. The gal that tried to help me, I dare say looked homeless. I absolutely did not trust leaving my document to be FedEx'd by them. Yikes!!

I have come here for mailing and notary services and it is always the best experience. She is very kind and through and helped me save money mailing out a few things I otherwise would have paid way more then I realized. I still come here even though we are no longer in Cypress.

Worst service ever!!!!!! Paid 60 to ship a package, ups lost my package. This place listed themselves as the shipper but wouldn't help me with the claim process. After hours on the phone I finally submitted the claim the refund check made out to this store was sent to them. Ups refunded the 15.27 they were paid to ship the package but the store refused to refund the 45 service fee they added, didn't help at all with the claim ? 45 to print a label and leave a box on the table for ups to pick up. Never again will I use this place, what a rip off

I called about livescan and the owner was very friendly. Came in to do my livescan, and she was quick and efficient. A little tight on space, but she was very friendly and handled another customer quickly while waiting for livescan machine to warm up. Awesome!

SCAMMER ALERT!!!! BEWARE!!!!! DO NOT RENT HER MAILBOX!!! The owner Maggie will go up on the box price every year. Save yourself the headache. She's very money hungry and charge customers different prices. Very unprofessional!!!!

Exceedingly helpful, Great attitude, really took the time to help get paperwork done. So glad I found this place. Will definitely recommend it to everyone. The lady who is patient and kind, couldn’t have gotten it done without this special business.

Do not go to this place for any business....The lady Maggie is a liar and she doesnt even follow her own rules of covid. If you ask her any questions she will raise her voice and call the Police to blame you for everything. Save your time and Money...take my word and stay away from this place.

The owner Maggie Ji is completely unprofessional, unorganized, and unhelpful. She lied and tried to scam me. Told me one thing over the phone and changed her story when I arrived later in the day. She just makes up prices for different people at different times. Such a crook. Will never do business here again. You lost a customer for life.
