“Clean and new washing machines. Prices are reasonable to wash and I love that I can use card to wash if I don't have enough quarters or cash with me. Also, no need to upload an app to pay with card. Employees and people that come here are also friendly. This is my new favorite laundry mat to wash . Thank you for keeping all the machines clean and working!!Forgot to mention: Restrooms are only available when employee is present. I believe before 3 pm and after 5pm is when I seen employees present to open the restrooms.”

“This is hand down my go-to spot if I ever need any alterations! Co is very sweet and she definitely knows the shape of a woman's body. She was able to alter my bridesmaid dress to my liking and I was able to move freely in it when it came to the length and bodice of the dress. I trust her expertise when it comes to getting the right length and proportions. Just recently, I stopped by to get an ao dai altered that my mom had purchased for me in Vietnam. I actually went to an alteration (Lien Huong) closer to where I was eating lunch that day and got rejected stating they couldn't do it since my ao dai was tight and had a hard time zipping up. I even showed them that my ao dai had extra fabric sewed in for any alternations needed incase it didn't fit, but no luck. I honestly should have went with my first instinct and got it done here as I usually do. Not sure why the other place couldn't do it, but once I tried it on, Co knew exactly what needed to get done and how to do it. The ao dai came back fitting perfectly. I was able to sit down, breathe, move around, and all that which made me super happy. Co is amazing and she really knows what she's doing. She always makes me feel great wearing the clothes she has altered :) Trust me and come here for all your alternations! You won't be disappointed!!”

“I lived in a loft in DTLA that had no screens so lo and behold, I had a moth situation. And expensive sweaters. Which was devastating. I started out taking a few sweaters to test the waters and see how they'd turn out. Thus far, I've taken in easily 15 cashmere, mohair and various wool blend sweaters with multiple holes and the work has been stellar. As well as the cleaning. What's more they actually care that you're happy. That's huge to me. I've had more than a few bad dry cleaner experiences so I'm very trepidatious. And my UGGs? The ones my cat decided to mark his territory on? Well, they were unwearable. Or so I thought. But now they look amazing. You can't even tell they were ever marked. No stains. No smells. Almost like brand new! And to think I threw out my last pair! Ugh indeed. So glad I found this place!”

“Waited a few weeks after the service to make sure that there stitching held up, so I had gotten 5 work pants hemmed by them. The service was nice and fast, I already pinned up the pants to the length I wanted going in so they just worked off that for all 5 pants and did an amazing job. Monday was a drop off and Thursday was pick up. Pretty quick if it's not an emergency.”

“Let me just say that my neighbor told me about this laundry guy facility. My first visit was a wonderful experience and I have not been to a larger facility in years. The SANO wash filter pumps sanitizer which made me come back I enclosed the pictures you can see the SANO pump. “I came to the shop after trying a few tailor shop around that didn't work out a week before my brother's wedding to drop off my bridesmaid dress. She was so sweet and accommodating to help hem the dress a few days before the wedding. I felt at ease to drop the dress off because she put so much time and detail to pin the fabric all around the dress with me in the dressing room to get the right length! The price is reasonable for the quality of the work. I felt much more confident in my tailored dress and I can comfortably move around without worrying about tripping on my dress! “I always brought my work clothes there during the course of my life before I retired. Now, I still go there. I have bad arthritis and cannot hand sew like I used to. The seamstress is gentle, respectful, and completely focused when fitting your garment to you. I’ve also brought them odd ball stuff that have a tear and I don’t want to get rid of it or buy a new one. When they repair fabric you can never tell it was torn and the stitching is flawless. I have many comfortable/bedroom ensembles for my house. At least once a year they get cleaned like they’re new, but there really old. As you can see why I give them a high rating. I tried to give her a tip and she said it was too much and tried to give the tip back but for that great service I insisted she keep it! My suit looked great and I was very happy!”
“Great customer service! I went in with a top that needed to be sewn by hand and they were very honest it would be pricier. So they gave me heavy duty thread for free if I wish to do it on my own. Not many places go above and beyond. Will definitely be back for any future alterations”
