This was a nice place to stay. I had never heard of this concept from hyatt. But the rooms were great, the breakfast was good and the service at breakfast was good!Rooms: We had the two queen bed Suite. The beds were in their own room and then the couch pulled out into a bed. That allowed the adults to be in one room and the little monsters in another!Food & drinks: The breakfast they offer with the room was actually pretty good. One day they had waffles the next they had pancakes. They're pork sausage was good and they had some other variety that my family enjoyed.

At first I had my doubts because of some of the reviews. But this hotel was booked because of the location to Disneyland and the price that best fit my budget. The beds were comfy and the water pressure was great. That's always a plus for my husband. Also they had laundry room which was a plus because I had children. Now let's talk about the parking, it cost only $7 a night. Most hotels I looked into had a $28 a night. They provide free breakfast with you stay. And let me tell you. It was pretty good..typical cereal, eggs, either pancakes , waffles or French toast. Yogurt toast bagels, coffee juice and more. Great customer service and super close to long beach airport.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. All the staff were mostly helpful and friendly. And we always loved staying at Hyatt properties. But this time, we were surprised to find out that they charged us for a parking fee we never agreed to pay. The booking website clearly indicated it's free parking. And the staff who handled our check out also agreed to waive it because it wasn't mentioned to us prior. But when we got home, we saw the charge still went through. So we decided to call to sort it out, but the front desk staff Christian who answered the call repeatedly said it's the 3rd party's (Expedia) problem to false advertise, and that it's a customer's job to rectify the issue and let them know their new policy?? I see even this Google Map shows you provide Free Parking. So is it again the consumer's responsibility to contact Google and update your info?Unbelievably unprofessional customer service handled by Christian. Even though we got his name when he answered the call, he refused to confirm/give out his first name saying it's the company's policy never to give out their names. We managed to get the manager's email to address our concerns, but no email response/acknowledgement back from the manager Jennifer despite expressing our frustration. Extremely disappointed.

The rooms were pretty basic. The breakfast was sufficient. What makes this place special is the amazing front staff, after a very long travel day our kids received gifts from the staff and they were very caring. It was very helpful and a warm welcome.Thank you!

We were checked in by Christian who was a perfect example of the type of employee you’d hope represents your brand. All of the rooms grounds and common areas are clean. During the breakfast hours they had an attendant specifically for the breakfast area, cleaning, restocking and making sure everything was running smooth. We stayed in a suite which had an electric stove top, island and a full-size fridge. Overall, a positive stay and we would recommend.

While planning our first Disneyland trip to California we had a rocky start after realizing I booked the WRONG Hyatt house Anaheim shortly after arriving to the one off of Harbor ave that's walking distance to Disneyland. They told me I booked the Hyatt house CYPRESS Anaheim, not the harbor ave where I thought we were to be staying. Needless to say I was a little taken back as I had planned our entire trip revolving around walking to Disney daily, walking to restaurants and didn't rent a car because harbor Hyatt house is so convenient to this kind of Disneyland trip! Exhausted from our long day of travel from Texas, I then ordered another Lyft to the correct location, and while waiting I called the Anaheim/Cypress location to confirm our reservation and then ask how long the drive would be to Disneyland. The gal on the phone, Fridah was SO nice and comforting as she showed empathy and concern over how this could be stressful situation since we have 2 little boys with us in tow as well. When we arrived I checked in with Friday. She was SO warm, friendly and gave Disney cast member vibes better than most Disney cast members! During the check in process another young man on staff gave both my boys fidget spinners to pass the time. I was already feeling better about this unexpected turn of events (all my fault of course!). When we arrived to our room we were welcomed with 2 puppy stuffed animals , a bag full of m&m's, popcorn & free complimentary parking for the rest of our stay. (We didn't have a car but the sentiment was so appreciated as I know daily parking is expensive!). The best part was the sweetest welcome card expressing their excitement that we were staying with them and that they were sorry for the mix up. (Again all my fault but still so so kind that they would comfort us in this way).A million times grateful for the customer service and over and beyond staff at this location. Fridah, You will go far in life with such an amazing and kind attitude.

About 20-30 min from Disneyland. Close to a chili's. Everything else is pretty far.

The hotel was tucked away from the main road in a quiet area. The room was not as clean and scuff marks can still be seen. We had next door neighbors arguing real loud and front desk didn't intervene soon enough. Not enough luggage carts available if you are handicapped so we waited forever to use them and instead I made multiple trips to the vehicle. For the price and location, I would stay here again.

Pure honesty here : cons: rooms are no better than a motel 8, the hallways and elevator have so much wear and tear, stains on the hallway carpets has trash( doesn't get vacuum)and walls have soil on it. Room 349 - room had chocolate stains on the wall and counter, heavy dust on the headboard , tv’s , tv had sticky fingers all over the screen and remote was sticky too, bathroom tub was not draining, and carpet is heavy full with soil( if you reading this please shampoo the carpets) u can wipe the floor with a white towel and it will be full with brown debri( note the carpet is brown too) The attendant came over to clean and bring cleaning material thou- we killed a spider and found broken bracelet beads all over by the side of the beds. The thermostat was awful.Only had a “on and off “button and up and down temperature button. Pros: lounge is very nice , free parking , free wifi, free breakfast ( includes eggs, potatoes, waffle , toast , oatmeal coffee tea and miso soup, )heated pool, But lets not forget that 200 for security deposite.
