Exceptional! My taxes were messed up during the pandemic. I never received my return after filing my 2020 returns. I figured there were staffing issues or something related to the pandemic.My 2021 returns never came back either. The good folks at HR Block straitened out my problems and filed the current year filing and the 2 back tax returns. I will be getting all 3 returns and did not have to go to the dreaded IRS office to straighten it out.Very nice staff. I will be filing my future taxes with them. Highly recommended.

For the longest time, seemingly, I did my own taxes via TurboTax, but that all came to a screeching halt when I tried logging into my account, and they acted as if they'd never seen me before. Being a last-possible-moment-type of person, I first turned to Jackson-Hewitt, so I looked up their local offices, found one close to me that was located inside a local Vahl-Maht. I searched the store, expecting to find something like an Optical Department- or Pharmacy-type setup. But, when I didn't find anything even remotely resembling that, I asked a Security Guard where the Jackson-Hewitt was. He pointed me outside of the store. To the cart well. There was a small tent with a Jackson-Hewitt tax prep person in there. Not my idea of secure. I went back to my car, and looked up H&R Block, found an office that was nearby, and have never looked back. This is my second year utilizing the Cypress branch, and my second year that Elizabeth has been my Tax Pro, and I couldn't be happier. She has the delivery and cadence of countless Aunts I've known my whole life. It *may* have something to do with me being Filipino-American, and the comfort level...in any case, Elizabeth is an absolute Sweetheart of a lady who knows her stuff when it comes to taxes, donations, and the like. I love this branch, and I would definitely recommend this place, and I highly recommend Elizabeth to anyone
