“I stayed at this hotel for a week and was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. It's not fancy, but it had everything I needed—hot shower, decent Wi-Fi, and a good location close to shops and restaurants. Breakfast was simple but fresh. For the price, it was definitely good value. I'd stay here again if I'm in the area. Just keep in mind like any hotel the prices for the pantry snacks & drinks are pricy per the convenience factor.”

Property is also pet-friendly, with poop baggies and trash bins outside near the grassy area. There were guests with a dog on our floor and I never heard any barking.

But this is a hotel, so thin walls — from my room I did hear the heavy doors opening/shutting, a nearby room watching TV past 3 AM, and children not using their inside voices in the hallway.

Rooms: Clean, modern rooms with plenty of outlets and USB chargers, Keurig machine, good sized mini fridge, and large TV. The AC fan is pretty quiet, even on the high setting.

Food and drinks: Complimentary breakfast is available from 6–10 AM everyday: eggs (varies from scrambled to egg whites frittata), meat (varies from hot links to sausage patties), potatoes, waffles (2 kinds of batter, 3 waffle machines) + toppings, oatmeal + toppings, rice +2 kinds of furikake, cereals + 2% milk, fruits, yogurt, orange juice dispenser.

Coffee, decaf, and hot water dispensers are available at the lobby 24/7, plus freshly baked chocolate chip cookies in the evening by the front desk.

Noteworthy details: This property offers housekeeping services every other day and provides toiletries like body lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in pump bottles.”

“I have not had such good customer service in a very long time. We own a time share in Las Vegas and these guys at the Marriott Cypress treated us much better. Upon our arrival Mariah was so kind in making sure we had what we needed and could get to where we needed to go. In the Morning Mwinji stepped up to help us find a good breakfast place because we missed breakfast there. When we told her how bad the one we chose (not the one she recommended) she gave us a complimentary breakfast for the next day, once she found that it was my birthday. Then Mr. Gabe got us coffee, even after the kitchen was closed. The floor maids were also really helpful and friendly. Later we saw the lady, Mariah who gave me a birthday bag put together by the staff. These guys are great! We had an amazing stay and will definitely be back.”

“Rooms were super clean and were cleaned every day with fresh towels. One of the cleanest Super 8. The only one thing (minor) no shampoo or conditioner. Just a small hand soap and a tiny bottle of body wash. But that was easily fixed. I have stayed her before and was great.”

“This is a wonderful place to stay...Luz , Jonathan and the new edition to the staff Jen...are fantastic...all are very attentive to the needs of the guest and are very professional also..If your looking for a place to call home away from home this is the place to be. Your stay here will not disappoint!!”

“Keep in mind that this is an extended stay, so there are people that live here. Take that for what it is. That being said, our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The AC is loud, but at least there is AC. We stayed two nights and housekeeping came in between, which was a pleasant surprise. There's a very good diner located right in front of the property. Overall, for the price, it's a good value.

Rooms: Full size fridge is a definite plus. Room is a good size.”

“The gentleman that checks you in is a great guy , just remember he deals with a lot of jerks that come in so just realize that he is trying to keep the place for people that don't want to be hasled by those kind of people.”
