Haven't had service here but it took forever to get a quote, the quote was 2.5 times other independent BMW shops and 35% above stealerships. I know, I know... it's the old "because we do it right." Other than every shop saying the same thing, you'd hope an honest shop would do it right for a reasonable price. Many have better ratings. That doesn't justify asking for the sky. For a shop that "does it right" this shop wasn't sure they had the right tools for a BMW.

Nick at Hiline Europen Motor has been great to work with. He is honest, reasonable, and knowledgeable about Europen cars. He will not recommend work that is not appropriate! I highly recommend Hiline European Motors for repairs on your precious vehicle!

Thanks to yelp I was able to find this establishment known for fixing BMWs, Mercedes, or any other type of European car. The service they offered was unbelievable. I just bought a used 2005 SLK 350 and wanted to make sure everything was in tiptop condition. Nick was fantastic he gave me progress for two days while it was in the shop tell me what needed to be done. He went out of his way to find missing parts for my vehicle and I've never had a shop ever do that. Very reasonably priced on all the parts and service. I highly recommend Highline European motorcars!

I can trust no one else for all my import car needs. Don't settle for anything less! I have no reason to go to the dealership when cost and quality is easily rivaled by Highline. Plus, it feels better to support your mom and pop shops by going independent instead of corporate.

My BMW had many problems with the drivetrain, alternator and battery. We went to BMW service center they couldn’t diagnose the problem. Nick at Highland European Motors went above and beyond and found a resolution. Now our car works great. Thanks Nick!

The power window switch in my 2001 BMW 325CI broke while my window was halfway rolled up. Needless to say, this left me in a bind since I really could not leave my car parked anywhere unattended without the fear of robbery. With some important meetings coming up that would be adversely affected by this, I needed fast action. I took my car into these guys in the morning, spoke with the owner Nick, and literally just a few hours later (ON THE SAME DAY) it was all done and fixed. The cost was reasonable as well. I am very satisfied with how this worked out and would not hesitate to bring my car here again or refer friends and family.

I went to this shop for the first time, after my traction and brake light came on, my BMW Z4. I spoke to Nick on the phone prior to arriving and he told me they could do a manual inspection and if necessary a diagnostic. He said they were honest and fair, that should have been my cue that it wasn't the case, otherwise why bring that up. After the manual inspection, they discovered I had a dead battery, which sounded about right because my car had been sitting for 2 months. Instead of just telling me to replace the battery, then went ahead with a diagnostic. Now it wasn't only the battery but alternator. I went with my gut, and I didn't believe them. So I decided to leave, now at a loss of $125 and misdiagnosis. I went to O'Reilly to get a new battery. I had him test the battery with the diagnostic and it automatically checked the alternator and it was FINE!! That's all my car needed a battery replacement and of course just the resetting of the lights. I was disappointed coming to this shop and I don't recommend it! I have had 11 years with my car, and not once had I experienced this type of dishonesty, I know it happens out there, especially to us women, but I had been lucky. I really felt like they were trying to pull one over me with the alternator. I called Nick after to let him know that my alternator was fine, but not even then did they own up or decided to make it right.Service: Check engine light diagnostic

I went to have my seatbelt looked at because it was jammed. Nick the owner actually took time to look at it and fixed it for me. Everyone was at lunch and I'm sure it was his but he helped me and was so nice to us. I went there due to the good reviews that I read. He saved me a couple of hundreds of dollars that the dealer wanted to charge me. Thank you Nick for your honesty and your help. God bless you and your business.
