Happy Hour Fit Club is a fun-filled workout group with a Super Star of a trainer. Kerrie has taken me down a path of fitness and self-care. I’ve been a member for twelve years and I enjoy being outdoors at a lovely park in the morning. It sets the tone for the day. Kerrie varies each workout and makes them fun. All members are highly supportive and I’ve made lasting friendships through the group. Join. Be good to yourself.

It is a great workout class with a wonderful group of woman. The instructor Kerri makes it fun to workout and is very knowledgeable. I’ve been going for over 8 years .

HHFC has had me as a member for ten years now. The sense of community and the varied program is a magnet for those who value themselves and their health. Being outdoors in a lovely park sets a positive tone. I love the trees and fresh air. We play games and laugh while moving. No workout is the same. Kerrie will accommodate all levels of fitness and she makes sure we are doing the moves correctly to avoid injury. Members encourage one another and I have met many friends through HHFC. Being an older member, I especially encourage other retired women to join. Older women will benefit from the program in countless ways. The program will help with balance, improve cognition, benefit the heart and lungs, and ease pain from arthritis and other issues. Stay strong at any age!

I have been going to HHFC for a year and a half and each workout has been a different one. Kerrie always makes the workouts fun. She incorporates the cardio into games that we all enjoy! She also makes sure we are doing the exercises correct and gives us positive reinforcement. The best part is being outdoors under the beautiful trees!

I joined HHFC in April of 2022. It was such a great decision!! I enjoy going to work out with Kerrie and this amazing group! Every day is a different workout & I love that! Never boring & always feel so accomplished after each time. I feel so much stronger & healthier. I have learned so much from Kerrie about eating healthy & living a healthier lifestyle. I highly recommend checking a class out, your first class is always free, and I like that because you get a free glimpse of how awesome Kerrie's workouts & her positive attitude are. 5 STARS!!

This is the most awesome fitness group. All women, all ages, all shapes and sizes, and everyone is so supportive of each other. Kerrie is super knowledgeable and has a great energy. Always fun, lots of variety, and a great outdoor workout.

Working out with HHFC has become an integral part of my weekly routine. I have been a member for several years and always feel challenged. I absolutely love working out outside surrounded by women of all levels of fitness with one goal in mind.... To become fit and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Kerrie is always so inspiring and motivating! The workouts are never the same, but are always challenging. HHFC offers so many different ways outside of our daily workouts to engage and become more physically fit. Races, mud runs, hikes, walks, and weekly ultimate frisbee games that have connected so many people through activity. A couple times a year, the trainers at HHFC also host and participate in a weight loss challenge. Kerrie always makes the weight loss challenge educational, motivating, interactive, and always fun to be a part of. "Come as you are" .... is always Kerrie's motto and I know that you will feel the strength in women, community, and camaraderie!! Join us!

I really love this group. I miss ya guys more than you know. So supportive and wonderful. The leaders are organized and knowledgeable. I dropped so much weight and my back injury healed with Amy's modified workouts. I'd recommend this group to anyone.
