The last time I went to donate, Alberto was very helpful and polite. As a customer myself, I know sometimes customers can be very rude for no reason, and the employees get punished for it, which is very unfair. Thomas was very helpful as well. I hope on my next visit I get to be welcomed by Alberto and Thomas.

Had to give one star to write the review. This facility doesn't deserve any. I came in with donations of woman's clothing, a small solid oak cabinet that stored the clothes, and a few elderly walkers. I also had small lawn equipment items like a hedge trimmer. They wouldn't take any of it. The guy actually told me to take it back to Oregon. It didn't come from Oregon jackass. Why would I drive these things 1,000 miles to your location?

This is one of the better Goodwills. The staff is nice and the merchandise is fairly priced. I don't understand why people take issue with the color of the week; it's literally done by the time the item is put out. I asked a staff member and she explained to me that the color tag on sale depends on the date that it was put on the shelf. So if blue tag items are on sale, that's because blue tag items have been on the shelves for several weeks. This is how they rotate merchandise. However I will say that this location seems to be understaffed. There's unusually only 1 cashier and you'll likely wait a long time in line. But it's worth it.

Organized. Well lit. Tons of new stuff every day, but pretty spendy for a thrift store.

I went through the drive-through to donate ONE bag of clothes, and the attendant was extremely rude and disrespectful. He didn't let me explain that my left leg was injure, so I can't put the bag by myself in the container. He was just doing another thing until he came with bad attitude and said: WHAT? WHAT DO YOU NEED?? I just had time to said "I have just one bag" and he grabbed the bad and left. I prefer to go another places. Dude if you don't like your work, find another one because on this you are doing really bad.

We went through the drive through to donate a few bags of clothes and the attendant did not acknowledge our existence. He was extremely rude and disrespectful. He couldn’t even bring himself to greet us and when we told him we had items to donate he said “What up?! Where they at?!” In a very confrontational manner. He has a disgusting attitude and it really left a bad taste in my mouth. He needs his attitude readjusted.

Very well organized, lots of items, kids & adult clothes, shoes, home decor, toys, & knick knacks. I always find great stuff when I come here. It is more expensive than other goodwills. For example the dresses here are $12.99 versus $9.99 at the Cerritos goodwill. Would recommend.

Too expensive. These are all donated items I don't get why they make items so expensive. I like to thrift furniture, Christmas trees they had were $60-80. Nice couches/tables go for hundreds. Might as well buy new at that point!

The prices are very high but I always find something at a good price because I am looking for low prices, not high ones, and the cashier staff are very friendly and very clean and tidy. I will return soon.
