I recently (24 August 2024) visited the FedEx location in Cypress to complete an Amazon return, specifically to ship a car battery. To my surprise, I was informed by the staff that I couldn’t ship the battery through their facility and was advised to schedule a pickup from my home instead. This information was frustrating and confusing, so I decided to double-check FedEx’s shipping policies after returning home.
Upon reviewing the policy, I found no mention of any restriction that would prevent me from shipping the battery directly from the facility. This clearly shows a lack of knowledge or training on the part of the employee, which led to unnecessary inconvenience. My time and effort were completely wasted due to this misinformation.
FedEx needs to ensure that their staff is better trained on their own shipping policies to avoid causing frustration for their customers. Very disappointed with this experience.

This store and staff are terrible. They refuse to help you and just reffer you to their robo caller where they throw you for loops. Use another service.

What’s with the bad attitude of the workers here. They’re so shockingly confrontational, u friendly, argumentative, and not looking to help the customer understand his cost to savings options. Other stores of FedEx I’ve been to, more than a 100 other FedEx locations, don’t have such negative attitudes. Here two guy seemed depressed and hating what they do. If so bad why work here. Just don’t provide bad service day in and day out. I asked one representative several questions and in the end the numbers proved all his responses wrong. He never acknowledged that he was short with me and he didn’t know his stuff. Just ran the total on my account without my approval and walked off! Hair was disheveled, never seen a raiser in his life maybe to shave, it’s January 2nd and this guy’s vibes already sets bad vibes for the new year.

i was promised an item within 1 day, but was told to wait for a call when they were completed. The call came a week later. Items were no longer needed.

I had the worst experience yesterday. Posted a bad review. I needed to copy some papers today & get them in the mail. I went back around 8AM. Copied all but the last paper myself. Switched machines still a problem. Robert helped me! He provided great customer service. Robert get 5 stars!

Jaime greeted me and listened carefully to what I needed. He then printed me a sample of what I asked for and really eased my mind! He was patient, thorough, and sensitive to my discomfort about the printing process as it was quite important to me and my colleagues. The job was ready the next day, ahead of when they predicted it would be!

My mom and I had a large poster that needed to be scanned, enlarged, and printed for my dad's viewing. Jaime came to us right away without hesitation and asked if we needed help. My mom and I didnt know how to use the big scanner that is self service. Jaime helped us from the start until the end. Jamie helped us customize the sizing, pick the quality of paper and we also requested it to be done the same day. Thank you so much Jaime for your top notch customer service! We highly appreciate it!

I had to print documents from my cell phone. Being tech illiterate, Jaime helped me download the documents to my phone, email them to your store, then finally prepare them to be printed. Jaime helped me until he had to go home at 5:00 pm, but handed off my print job to Stephanie for completion. Stephanie did a terrific job completing the print job. They both went above & beyond in assisting with my needs. They helped me from beginning to end. I was there for several hours and I could never have done it without both of their expertise. I'm forever grateful. With the help of Jaime and Stephanie, I was able to walk away relieved and fully satisfied with my experience at your store. I will definitely return for any of my future needs!

I accidentally ordered 6 photo poster boards in the wrong size and didn't find out until the day of my event. The woman working the poster printing department was very patient, friendly and knowledgeable. She helped refund me for the order and reorder the correct size. Then she expedited my order to ensure the prints would be ready in time for my event. I frequent this FedEx location and I have received impeccable service. The upbeat, approachable, helpful employees make all the difference. Thank you!
