7 Years ago this was a review- Very helpful and informative. Good discounts. CURRENT REVIEW- this place really needs to start running things better. With an appointment you could still take hours to really finish your taxes with them. They are SHORT STAFFED. THEY DO NOT PICK UP THE PHONES. EMAIL RESPONSES LACKING. I decided to go else where last year and don't think I'd go back here. NOT RECOMMENDED. (*Also this posted address is NOT their address- I went to the location on LA PALMA in BUENA PARK.)

This is my twelveth year using eTax services. Why? The staff is fast, the services are more affordable (more reasonably priced) than the all those HR block, Liberty, etc. tax places you see, and moreover, the people are actually polite. It's refreshing in this day and age to just be able to have friendly conversation and be services when every one else only cares about being glued to their smartphone.

Talk about getting your taxes done right! You never really feel you can trust someone to do your taxes right but boy was I wrong. I was just shopping in the area and decided to pass by. I had recently been audited and had so many questions but Shad made me feel safe and secure while he did my taxes. I'm glad I stopped by. I know he was looking out for me! I will never go with anyone ever again! If you're looking for someone reliable, professional and laid back, Shad is your guy! Don't think twice. You won't regret it!

I normally do my taxes myself but this year i decided to talk to somebody. I'm glad i did because i met Shad. He went out of his way to help me in every way possible. I did not feel like another number but felt welcome and at home. Don't hesitate to give him a call.

Way way cheaper then H&R Block. Shad is a really nice guy and can relate to everyone. He really goes out of his way to help you. Nice guy as well. Been going here for 3 years now. He was recommended by a friend of mine who has been going to him for 13 years now.

This is our 4th year filing our taxes with Chad at eTax Services Inc. He provides great customer service and will work with you on scheduling you in at a time that works for you. My husband and myself will be coming back to Chad. He is great at what he does.

My tax guy Shad is the best! Always friendly, helpful and makes time to take care of my tax needs. Even after I moved an hour away he squeezes me in to his already tight schedule due to lots of people waiting till the last days.

Shad's the most laid back tax preparer, it's like getting taxes done by the homie, but who is still professional if that makes sense. I've been with other preparers over the years, but I think they only come from the main office to help when super busy so he's my guy. He asks a lot of questions, but it's in the flow of while he's inputting the numbers, and he does this because even though the answer may be the same as the previous year, if in the current year you went to school or had student loan interest paid or daycare expense etc. you might be eligible for some credits. I appreciate the honesty and blunt(ness). This years return was great, but he advised on adjustments to make as my income will be going up. I've done W2's, 1099's, kids, school, daycare, all that and so far no issues. Their price is fair to me compared to many places out there, but I go back for the service. They got free estimates so I'd recommend getting one if you haven't filed yet. Been doing my taxes since at least 2007 so he's been around that long at least. Referred family members and friend's throughout the years...Now I refer you. Thanks ETAX.

This my boy right here, best TAX place ever. He is straight up tells you and tries to help you any which way he can to make sure you leave here happy. I've been knowing and filing my taxes with my boy Shad for about 10 years. Good place great guy!

Shout out to Shad for always getting me in as soon as possible every year! He always has me in and out, no hassle, making my refund process easy and hassle free. I've been coming to him for about 3 consecutive years now. My refund is done efficiently and at a great price! Ive recommended coworkers, family, and friends and will continue to do so!
