I love coming to the store. They are so nice and sweet and the store is always clean very professional and if the line gets too long, they open up another register, which is greatly appreciated.

I just had a really bad a experience with this dollar tree. Please fire this employee he is a heavy guy. He refused to give me his name and refused to do a balloon for me and to give me corporate info when I asked for it. I couldn't believe he even called the cops on me for no reason. He was so rude even cop didn't understand why he refused to make the balloon.

Came here tonight after a less than impressive experience at the location in Seal Beach. Store was crowded and the cashiers, even the lady who was on her 2nd day, were extra friendly and apologetic for any wait we had. I will definitely be back to this location. Thank you so much for providing a phenomenal expeience.

Had a quick post-dinner visit to Dollar Tree in Cypress. Impressed by the variety of seasonal items upon entering. The store was clean, and Cheryl at the registers provided friendly and attentive service. A convenient stop for budget-friendly finds. Parking in the plaza may be a challenge during peak times.

Title: A Promising Improvement at Dollar Tree, CypressMy most recent visit to the Dollar Tree in Cypress has led to a somewhat positive shift in my perception of this store, garnering a four-star rating. Over several visits, I've found that they often only have one register open, leading to long lines and, in some cases, prompting me to abandon my shopping due to the wait.However, my experience today was significantly different and more positive. This time, there were four staff members on duty and just a handful of customers, making for a more enjoyable shopping environment.The customer service today was commendable, a marked difference from previous visits which were somewhat unsatisfactory. I left the store with my items and a sense of relief that the shopping process had been smooth and efficient.In conclusion, I was pleasantly surprised with the improvements observed during this visit to the Dollar Tree in Cypress. Despite past experiences, this particular visit showed promise and a potential for better service moving forward. I'm hopeful that the positive changes stick around for my future shopping trips. I'm giving this Dollar Tree four stars today, with the hope that the next time I visit, it will continue to improve.

I recently visited my local Dollar Tree store and was impressed by its organization and cleanliness. The shelves were meticulously arranged, making it easy to navigate and find what I needed. The credit for this well-maintained store goes to the manager, Ricky and his crew, who have clearly done an excellent job. Compared to other Dollar Trees I've been to, this Dollar Tree stood out for its cleanliness and attention to detail. I appreciate the efforts put into creating a pleasant shopping experience. Kudos to Ricky and the entire team for their dedication to keeping the store in top-notch condition
