My daughter and I have lived here going on two years. It's a quiet, nice, and clean complex in a good neighborhood. There has not been any type of drama at all in our time of residency. Valerie (manager) and Jose (maintenance) are always pleasant and attentive to tenant needs. We are happy to be here.

Been living here for over a year now, and my time here has been nothing but excellent. Valerie and Jose are both wonderful and ensure the area is well maintained and always welcoming to the tenants. If you are looking for a clean, quiet, and friendly community then Cypress Parks is the place to look

Valerie (manager) and Jose (maintenance) are a good team and they keep this complex safe and running like a top. They respond to requests in a timely manner. Side note, the complex is much nicer than the pictures show
