Need prescription renewal and got the run around. First it was vet who didn't see dog couldn't prescribe even though recently see by a vet in the same facility. Using the excuse that it was the law. Then made appointment and was told I didn't have appointment. Made new appointment and was told couldn't get labs, because dog had eaten (though they hadn't informed previously that dog had to be NPO for 8 hours). The they wouldn't renew prescription until lab was done and would have to reschedule for another day. Accused me on having "employee " problems when I got angry and asked to speak to vet.
Very poor office staff.

This place does not care about animals at all!! They would not take in a few day old kitten that was found! They would not help what so ever and made the girl go away, even if it's within their policy they definitely have resources!! They don't want animals that don't pay them! This place is inhumane!!

Just went here today for emergency my Yorkie vomiting red foam the dr took care of my nugget no problem even tho they fully book most likely this will will be our vet hospital from now on thank you guys the front desk and the other lady was so helpful i will recommend this hospital highly

Staff member, Guadalupe failed to notify us that the cytopoint shot for allergies has went up 70 dollars. She should have notified us of the price change before giving my dog, the shot because I would just went to the other vet down the street and saved 70 dollars by going to pets mart. Do not recommend this place. It's always better to go to bigger establishments than going to hole in the walls.

These guys are so caring and consistently considerate. Called in the AM regarding our senior dog. They squeezed us in for later that day. Staff is so friendly and Dr. Holly was terrific. Have been visiting this vet for quite a while now. Will continue!Thank you guys!

My friend took her dog to them for years. Holly Steinlechner refuses to give my friend the insurance information that she made a claim with. She is rude, she refuses to take responsibility and alters medical records. Be careful.

Do not go to this hospital unless you would like your pet to be misdiagnosed or better yet not have any tests recommended. Just keep prescribing the same medication for over a year. This hospital is the worst I have ever come across. I will be submitting a complaint to California Veterinary Medical Board. It is that serious. Holly Steinlechner, in my opinion is a not a good choice for a veterinarian if you want one that is kind, pays attention to detail, and is thorough in your pet's care.

I've been a client for over a year now. Everyone has been kind, professional and helpful. The vet did not give up on treating my dogs ear infection and it took several treatments. She has been infection free for over a year. She also has the less is better approach and we've had really good results. The techs are helpful and took the time to suggest a better harness that would be more comfortable for my dog.It's not a fancy place, but is clean and my dogs are treated well. If you are looking for a good vet, then I recommend that you try this place.

Took my dog here to get examined. Spammed me with calls and messages to pay their outrageous bill. Because I didn’t do business with them they reported my dog for having an expired license. Only go here if you hate your dogs and cats!!!!
