ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE AND MONEY HOLE. Planning a wedding is already a stressful event, but when you add an awful, arrogant, and discriminatory administrative staff it makes the event even more stressful. DO NOT host your event here. This place swears that they are the Westin and are impossible to work with. Unfortunately for us, we had no choice because of how late we were looking for venues so we were desperate. First, they had an issue with our hard earned money. I live out of the state and had my sibling sign the contract for us because we needed a space. I traveled there to pay for the space and they REFUSED to take my money even though I came from over 1000 miles away and it was MY wedding being held there. No one who is not on the contract can pay (even if you're on a non-resident contract). Is money not money? We spent almost $5000 to rent a COMMUNITY CENTER for 12 hours. Insane! Second, they went back and forth with us regarding the set up our tables and chairs. This took days of our time. DAYS. They are so incompetent and wasting tax payer dollars with their salaries, their own set up examples weren't drawn to size. When we fixed it for them trying to help them come into the 21st century, they kept arguing with us (mind you we were not increasing the number of seating, just different way of setting up the tables) until we literally brought 70" table cloths and laid it out on the floor. Third, they do not let you set up the night before even if you ask to pay for it because money is not an issue. Imagine the stress this caused for us. Fourth, we had a kids table outside and they sent us tiny marks of crayons on leather chairs, glass, and wall THAT CAN EASILY BE TAKEN OFF WITH some elbow grease and detergent but they want to keep the $300 deposit AND charge us for more damage. I asked if we can personally clean off the crayons and they refused. I kid you not it's like they try to think of every possible way to make your life more difficult. The administration staff, particularly the younger women who work there, are so rude and arrogant. They whisper about you when you have questions and rush you out appointments to see the space. Courtney, an incompetent staff member who works in the administration office, holds the award for the most difficult person to work with. Honey, you're working at a government funded COMMUNITY center, not the Ritz Carlton so WORK with the COMMUNITY.

Nice facility well suited for public and private gatherings. Pricing and access for residents of Cypress is reasonable. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful.

Multi-purpose park for all sports. The park next to. Special event like end of school year etc. Convenient location and enough parking space. Quiet, clean and safe environment.

I went in for a tour to rent a venue very exited happy for my upcoming event my experience was so unprofessional and awful staff is UNFRIENDLY. There job is to make the experience exiting and be helpful in any kind of way. I had to ask many times for prices to go home with me to make a decision and just felt the lady who helped us had a bad morning already no smile whatsoever. Made me not want give my money to a company that's NOT going to be exited for my SPECIAL event!

Recently has my wedding reception here. Staff were very friendly and accommodating with my wedding reception. The two gentleman who were on staff the night of my reception were absolutely wonderful. The place seats 304 with no dance floor and about 260 comfortably work a dance floor. We rented hall A and B along with the patio and kitchen area. This place allowed us to cook in the kitchen which was a big plus for us as a lot of venues only allow licensed caterers to cook food in their kitchens. Admin staff were great with communicating everything I needed from the start to finish. The contract is very strict and specific as well on times, alcohol, and decorating so be sure to read it thoroughly. Lots of parking, ample amount of restrooms, spacious lobby, great overall turnout. Beautiful place for a community center.

Tons of activities for teens in the 2020 year go and visit ...I believe there is a fashion show soon models needed.
