I echo the lack of customer service at this location. I will never return to this location. The store manager Dani/Danny is extremely rude, has a terrible attitude, and obviously doesn't care she is showing it. She said that the store associates do not know what the CVS deals are and it is the expectation of the customer to tell them before ringing the customer up with their intended purchases. I asked her to confirm that she expects the customer to tell the store associate that there is a deal/CVS reward on their account, and she replied yes. Aren't CVS rewards already linked to your account anyway so all they have to do is just ask for your phone number to see the account and the discount when they ring up the items? I guess the attitude of the store manager Dani/Danny is that the customer is never right. Absolutely did not even try to offer any type of service and just walked away after handing me my receipt. What a horrible experience.

The entire pharmacy team is incredible at this location (Walker & Ball). They are always so patient and friendly with my mom. On the most recent visit - for her annual flu shot - the tech actually had her laughing during the entire 3 minutes event (They are fast!). I went back for my flu shot 2 days later, different tech, and had the same treatment - laughing on my way out. I know this pharmacy staff has been overworked in the last few years, and I just want to say Thank You to all of them for continuing to provide great service, with a smile and a laugh, even during the tough times.

This location definitely needs some work in terms of better customer service. I received my COVID-19 SHOT here and was very nervous over the whole ordeal. I needed to use the restroom but was informed by the pharmacist that it was "out of order" seems unreasonalble since they have a store full of employees the process was quick and was free to leave. No monitoring of my health or wellbeing and no info provides on possible side effects. The lines for checkout are long and they never seem to have enough cashiers. Its getting close to being in line at the DMV. I only come to this location when necessary as its close to my house otherwise I will visit the Wallgreens down the street or the CVS on Lincoln. The days of good customer service are slowly becoming a things of the past.

Their online RX website - It is dog-s*** - like when your are walking down the street and you see a pile, and it is huge - you are like whoa that's a lot of dog-s*** - the people who manage , built or maintain the RX part of their website said "hold my beer, I can make a larger pile." and they did - as an IT professional for over 30, yes 30 nerdy years, I am insulted at the premise that this website has been made for their customers use. There is no excuse for the quality of their RX Website. This is not hyperbole or exaggeration - I dare anyone to attempt to use this website as it was intended. I'm not a shill or anything of that nature - but I have choice but to avoid this giant pile of dog-s***.

Last year I made an appointment for the Covid testing. Everything went smoothly. It was done through the drive through. They said you get the results in 3 days and I did.

Went to pick up a Rx today. Very disappointed to see the people stocking the shelves were not wearing masks as myself and other customers walked through the store. Zero respect or empathy for the current situation. Disgusting.

Best flu shot.EVER! The pharmacy staff at this location goes above and beyond. They are kind, helpful, and patient. I took my mom for a flu shot a few weeks back and the woman that took care of us was so very kind, and quite cheerful. I was in this same CVS location again this week and noticed a very long line for flu shots, and again, the entire pharmacy staff was kind and helpful to all. We are in this together - kindness helps to make it a bit more tolerable. Kudos to the CVS staff on Ball Rd. In Cypress, CA.

I'm going to give this CVS location 5 stars because of one of their employees who is super cool. Hes always pleasant, asks how you're doing and is just super nice. Hes the kind of employee that all stores should have. He makes you want to shop there and go back because hes that cool. I don't know his name I think Ivan or something like that but i know he wears glasses. He kind of reminds me of Austin Powers like it's all groovy. Lol but for reals the dude is mad cool.

Front of store is awesome everytime I go in. This review is for the drive up pharmacy. Just don't even get in line. I've done it twice to "save time"...doesn't happen when it takes 30 minutes a car. Not exaggerating. I'm in line now. Its been 48 minutes and they are still on the second car. I'm 4th. Probably another hour. I can't get out of line. Stuck.

As of 8/19/20 it may be faster to walk in to get your prescriptions. I was second in line the car in front of me was getting a covid test (i think, saw a biohazard) with two cars behind me I couldn't move. We sat there for 40 MINUTES while their test was done. This is the only bad experience ive ever had at CVS. They need to figure out a better way to handle testing.
