No Staff Support on Sunday There was a female employee at cash registry when I walked in. But she disappeared when I when to pay for my item. I had to wait for a while but had no option to use self checkout. CVS employees seem to be taking advantage of weekend overtime pay technically not doing anything for customers. I like Walgreen better than Cvs which will be shutdown sooner.

CVS has normally been good, but they messed up on this one - they took away the opportunity to speak with a Human Being when we call. Not a good idea. Inflating our blood pressure, increasing our stress, making us hang up on their computer, wasting our time by making us drive there instead of handling issues by phone. They should understand it's bad PR and poor service and reverse course here.

I am livid! My daughter purchased a gift card for Amazon from YOUR STORE, the gift card was missing the claim code!!! It was physically cut off of the top of the card but was all enclosed in the packaging. I called and of course once you get her money it isn't your problem! What a horrible way to do business! Amazon is no better! DO NOT BUY GIFT CARDS FROM THIS STORE! Do not buy Amazon gift cards either! I Would not even give you one star but have to , to post this.

Seriously update your shit Cvs... I can literally buy something online cheaper and pick it up in store... but you can't price match... makes Zero sense to me. If you want people to pay for shipping I understand but then what's the point if you do in store pick-up? Shouldn't price match be available for those items? Just a big waste of time and some of your workers don't even know how to process online orders change your business plan because it's very low tier. Took y'all 52 mins to get my 1 item order ready wow. Low tier to the extreme... hire like 1-2 people for just online orders it ain't hard.

I had a fantastic experience at the CVS Pharmacy Drive Thru in Cypress when picking up my son's medication. Even though it was close to closing time, the staff member, Thu, displayed exceptional patience and friendliness. She didn't rush us at all, ensuring that we felt well taken care of. Thu's excellent service truly made our visit a pleasant one. Thank you, CVS in Cypress, for having such a dedicated and customer-oriented team!

This review is only for the pharmacy: First time here for prescription pick up/ wow faster and better than the Walgreens up the street. They actually have medication on stock not like down the street lol. I think I will transfer to this location instead.

Went to pick up Rx and three people in the pharmacy are taking lunch together so they shut the whole thing down for 30 mins. Why not alternate lunch breaks so that people who've come to pick up their Rx's can get them on their day off?

my favorite pharmacy the staff here is quick and handles the crowd with SPEED, ACCURACY, and TOP SERVICE! Im pretty sure the negative reviewers below are all crack head karen fiends trying to get refills without a prescription. Anyways my whole family has been going here for years and we've never been disappointed A++++ 5-stars!!!

This lady I'm not sure if she's the manager or supervisor but she worked on a Saturday morning on Dec 24. She was wearing a green hoodie with glasses. She's pretty darn rude because I asked her a question and you can sense her attitude and I wasn't even done talking and she walks away. If you don't like helping customers don't be in the retail business.

CVS is great but I don't recommend their testing capability. They are affiliated with minute clinic for lab testing for covid and should change their name to 5 days + clinic. Forget about customer service too. There isn't any.
