Unfortunately, our recent experience at the optometrist center has left me questioning the level of care and attention that the facility provides to its patients. Staff who booked our appointment was visibly annoyed and unfriendly throughout the booking process. Upon arriving at the designated time,we were surprised to find that the staff had not yet arrived. Waiting patiently, we expected a reasonable delay or some explanation for the inconvenience caused. Unfortunately,the staff arrived late without any acknowledgment or apology for their tardiness. This lack of punctuality reflects poorly on the professionalism and reliability of your establishment.

Was told today, I couldn't use my Costco frames because it was over 2 years since purchased and the lab wouldn't work with them. This is a new restriction since 2018. Due to the pandemic, I couldn't get in to order new glasses before this. It's been 2 years and 9mos since I purchased the frames. My prescription is new but they won't let me use those frames?? Ridiculous. After 30 years of Costco glasses, I won't be using them in future.

Go to any other Costco for glasses I have had two prescriptions there. Should have learned my lesson the first time. Optometrist is fine but the people at the glasses for horrible no patience and very rude. The girl asked me today what did I make an appointment I'll try and make time for you no promises. The first time they did not address my glasses properly when I requested readjustments they just said there's nothing they can do. Made me ask for a refund then destroyed the glasses.

This is unfortunate because I had a great experience there my first visit. However, I had to call back and tried to get a different recommendation for contact lenses because the trials I have are making my eyes very dry. JOAN, the receptionist gave me a horrible attitude and seemed like she hated her job, customer service is key in any industry, unfortunately Joan must have skipped that training.

I went today 11/19/2018 to the optometry to pick up my glasses during my lunch time i grabbed a ticket and sat and waited, i was second to be next in line and had a ticket number 99 and instead of calling the person with 98 the manager with the white and black stripes tells the two other employees to help this lady next when they call the next number. not sure if it was his family member or not but this happened after she went and grabbed a ticket after me ticket number 00. I am a member just like the rest and I follow the policies just like every one else why did favoritism played a part here I was not aware that they did this type of customer service practice at Costco I have bought two electric cars through Costco shop for mmy home whether is food electronics, furniture, ect and thinking of buying another car I've been a member for decades I just don't understand why he did that. Really bothers me im thinking of canceling my service here and probably try out Sam's club starting new year's.
