I hate to complain but this store doesn't seem to order products efficiently. I tried to shop at this store as it's only a few minutes away from my home but I am so frustrated each time I go in. The products I'm looking for are still in boxes and not unpacked or they haven't ordered them yet... Their answer is for me to try another store. Why do I want to go miles away when the store is minutes away from my home? They need to get their act together.

My mom forgot her ID and the girl there tried to keep my mom's Cosmo card. Completely unprofessional. Was texting the whole time, didn't greet the customers, then gave my mom a hard time. I would give zero stars if I could.

The two girls working today seemed very annoyed that we come into the store and had the audacity to ask a question because we interrupt their conversation about hair school. I had high hopes for this store but it's crap and the service is the same.

Each time I go into this location they are always so helpful. They tell me about sales so I get the best price. There is rarely a wait to check out. I'm so happy it opened to close to my home.

(Pre-COVID-19 review) I wish I can leave zero stars based on my past experience here. I like to start by saying there is one employee who is nice here but the rest are Very Very Rude starting with the Manager which happened to be there on the day and time I was shopping here. I came in here on a nice afternoon and brought my friend along with me we were looking to purchase a quality shampoo for dandruff and dry scalp conditions. When we arrived we were not greated and when we asked for help 3 of their employees would not help us they were too busy organizing displays on the shelfs in the isle. They looked and sounded like they did not want to be bothered. While there were no other customers in the store but yet we were the only customers they were still ignoring to assist us and continued to small chat to eachother. Next their manager which was at the front counter decided to answer my question about a specific shampoo in which I had to ask her twice 2x. She gave me the correct information but something about her and the rest of the employees in which they all had a snobby high horse attitude and did not want to be bothered. I never understood why do some people work in customer service but dont want to give good customer service. Any way, I should of Not purchased anything really and just walked out but I really needed and was out of a specific type of a product line. I purchased over 100 worth of shampoo and product. My friend suggested I Never should go back their based on the bad character that she saw for her own eyes! These lady's were All Caucasian and besides the rudeness and haughty snappy attitude they gave me Racist vibes. Zero stars if I could!

Rude staff. Can see the woman inside stocking product while I’m on the phone calling for my pick up order. Can’t have the common decency to stop what you’re doing and help a customer out! Plain RUDE! I tapped on the window to get her attention then she proceeded to open the door and yell at my mother and make false accusations about me almost braking her window. Not only does she show poor customer service, but also will create lies and come at you in a psychotic way. This woman needs help. We are afraid to come back here.

I got sold the wrong product and when I tried to return it they wouldn't let me. The manager of the store was very rude. When my girlfriend walked away, she yelled at her to come back, and she was questioning us in a rude way about our qualifications in cosmo. I wish I got her name because she was very unprofessional. Do not shop here. Terrible experience.

I've been shopping at the location for over a year since I moved into Sola Salon. Super convenient and great service. This is for SALON PROFESSIONALS ONLY. So yes a COSMETOLOGY LICENSE is required to shop here.

Samantha was a great help when I asked for her opinion and recommendations. Every time I come people were always nice and inviting. I've been to many CosmoProf locations and this one has the best service, pls keep it up!
