I’m calling for service the guy that answer is so unprofessional and rude because he doesn’t have the answers to my questions . Basically stating that the insurance company would no and should call . Ask for supervisor he hung up . I see why there eating is 3.0

Not a large selection of vehicles nor the most helpful of employees but for the most bang for your buck on rental cars it's okay.

At first I was happy with being put in a brand new Altima, but upon seeing what they just charged my credit card, OMG!! My rate was supposed to be $44 a day and their website says you get 35% off the rate, Not. I had the car 9 days and they've charged me over $600 and that's in 3 separate charges and they never emailed a receipt to tell me what these charges are for, as they said they would and in my budget account it shows I have no past rentals! Now I have to call corp offices to find out what's going on and fight this and it's turned out to be such a hassel! I came directly to budget to not deal with any hassles booking through a third party discount site and with the 35% off, I was still getting a discount so I thought but NOT! Instead I am being charged almost double regular price! I should have paid around $270 with the advertised discount, under $400 regular price, and was charged over $600!! Not right!!

Made a reservation early Sunday morning only to arrive at 11 am to pick up the compact car I rented and find out the car I requested wasn't there. I learned the nation wide reservation system confirms vehicle availability based upon when people should be returning a car. So when a renter decides to keep their car a few more days before turning it in, the local budget franchise winds up looking incompetent because they don't have the car promised. Doing her best, the local person let me have, for the original rate, the only vehicle available. A monster double cab F 150 truck. It is like driving a bus and only gets mpg in the teens. So I'll be exchanging it for a compact as soon as they get one in. The bottom line is if you reserve a vehicle from one of these small franchisees, you may not always get what you want when you want it. However, if you don't act like a j**** I've found the staff will often do their best to work with you.

Worse customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Not only did they not have a vehicle for my reservation but their employee Ana was unhelpful in fixing our situation, unapologetic and RUDE! She literally did NOTHING. I was shocked at her service. Soooo unacceptable! Oh and yes, I left WITHOUT a car on a Saturday morning!
