Worst customer service ever!!! I called about a keg of beer they told me to come in and order it. I drove down order and pay for it. I received a call the next day telling me that they couldn’t get the keg! And now I need to drive back down so that they can refund the money I paid!! Don’t you think they should know ahead of time what type beer they can get???

This store had a three-tier salt rim in the the wrong spot. She was the nicest person who helped us and apologized immensely so she wasn't the problem but I think BevMo may needs to change their policy because if something's put in the wrong area they should honor their price. It's not a small mom and pop shop. It's just like a big target. It was very frustrating and now I have to go to a different place to get a better price.

Review your receipt. More than once I experienced a difference between the price on the shelf and the price at the register. Especially when there are offers. I very much doubt that it is intentional. Otherwise it is a nice shopping experience.

Stopped by the store the Fri before new years to purchase a couple of gift cards for a party I was going to that day. I was told by the cashier that they were out of gift cards. How can a large store be out of gift cards at that time of year?? At that time of year, they should have an unlimited supply of gift cards. I asked her, do you have any gift baskets available? She pointed to a table with empty bags and said you can make your own. So here I am 74 yrs. old, handicapped and struggling to walk with a cane and the cashier didn't offer to help me if I wanted to make a gift basket. I just left the store frustrated. I emailed customer service and got some babble back offering to have the regional manager contact me. Nobody ever contacted me. I won't be purchasing anything from that store in the future. They really don't care about their customers. NOMO BEVMO for me.

Bevmo this Location is always Good, Good collection, excellent Deals, Everybody here is very courteous and helpful other than the Young lady on the register, she is very rude and used some very unpleasant words when while she was scanning the bottles - I asked her about a special brand beer. Lady I understand that the store was busy but if you CAN NOT DO MULTITASKING, Go back to school please. Also she tried to sell me 3 bags for my 8 bottles of wine and 2 champagne but when I said I will prefer RECYCLED BOXES, she looked upset coz I guess she already added before she asked me. At first she said we have NO BOXES but then magically she pulled a box from under the register and gave me a box TELLING ME THAT I WAS LUCKY to have that strong box. Whatt, was she keeping it for herself or any special person or what. Why she said NO first and then...... Wow. I don't think she deserves to be a cashier, she can work in the back or any place where there's no customer interaction. I will suggest the manager to talk to this lady and tell her to keep the personal preferences aside if she really wants to continue on the register. On the other note the guy with the specs and blonde hair look like a manager was really really nice very actively involved and very helpful.
