Came in for new tires for my truck. Had them inspect a few other items. This was the only time I’ve been to a car place where they didn’t find anything else wrong with my truck. They called to tell me they didn’t find anything wrong and didn’t even recommend I do anything extra as far as repairs. Great experience

I have had car work here in the past. My car tire had a nail and leak in mid portion of the tire. I removed the wheel and brought it to them. They looked it over and said it should be fixable. They called me two hours later and had me pick up my repaired tire. Then I was so surprised it was FREE!! Thanks for help. Appreciate you.

Caution! I took my car to this place to get a flat tire fixed. After refusing their offer to change 3 additional tires, they replaced it with the newly purchased tire. Or so I thought. The following day, the same tire was flat again. This was very frustrating, as I had to call work to let them know I would be late, and call the tow truck to tow it back to the shop. It turned out that they had changed the wrong tire. I was also left wondering if they only offer additional tires to elderly women or is it a common practice to offer tires to everyone in general? Unfortunately, my experience was a costly negative one.

Avoid this place at all cost!!!
Spent $1,400.00 on tires a month ago everything was great when you’re spending money but when you ask if someone can check tire pressure they can’t be bothered they reply with “I don’t have a guy for that”
I can wait was my response “he went home”
Only one guy can check tire pressure! Bro find a new job that you don’t have to talk to customer’s.

The customer service here is out of this world! They will do everything possible to make sure they do right by the customer. I made the mistake of buying my tires at Costco, so when I had a blowout thanks to a pothole while driving in LA, I called Costco Cypress thinking they would help me out that Friday since I called first thing. Nope, they rudely informed me that they are appointment only, and the next available would be the following Monday. Took it here and got service in less than an hour. What a difference in the level of service!
