I recently had a transmission problem with my car and took it to Alex’s Auto Repair. I couldn't be happier with the service I received! The team was incredibly knowledgeable and efficient, diagnosing and fixing the issue quickly. On top of that, the pricing was very reasonable, especially compared to other places I've checked. I highly recommend Alex’s auto. for anyone looking for quality automotive repairs at a fair price. One of the things that really impressed me was there was an elderly lady looking to get a windshield repaired and instead of turning her away and telling her that they didn’t do that they took the time to Google and find her a local shop that could repair it for her. This speaks volumes to character and taking care of their community.

Stopped for air and to my surprise, Tim let me know that I had a flat and would repair it for FREE! How awesome is that! They put Martin and in no time he efficiently repaired my tire faster than I can write this review lol 5 stars to the fifth power for this kind of service!

I have always had a great experience there. One example is when I was having an issue with my ignition switch, and one of the possibilities to fix it was a new switch, which would have cost about $600.
When they got into it, they found a corroded wire. They cleaned it up and reattached it, which solved the problem for a fraction of the cost. I really appreciate their honesty and will only use them.

Today I was at Alex Auto repair for the first time . What he didn’t know is that I had $2600.00 list of repairs from another Auto repair in cypress . I went for a second opinion who said $3500.00 . A third mechanic said the car is old . Don’t fix it . I felt so lost because I kept up the cars for decades . David at Alex Auto repair waived the diagnostic fee . Was so so honest and discussed with me the needed repairs . My bill was $1295 .00 of repairs I needed . Versus $2600-3500 of repairs I never needed . So honest . Thank you so much David .

Sad to say Alex's Auto isn't anywhere near the same with the new ownership. I've been a loyal customer of Alex's for 24 years. Called on Saturday and spoke with Robert. They were too busy for an oil change. He said to come in Monday. I called this morning and spoke with David and he said yes come in. No problem. I get there and TIM was as rude as could be. First said they wouldn't get to my car today. After I said I spoke with David he said it would take all day. Then Tim proceeded to tell me all about how Alex did business was illegal. Not going back. Sad loss for Cypress.

Fixed up my husband's ranger and guranteed their work. Wasn't just right and they took it back in and fixed it to his liking without any issue. Really happy with this shop and their customer service.

It was my first time going to them yesterday. I think it's so hard to find a good mechanic sometimes, but I'm so glad I found a great one less than 5 minutes from my apt. They did a full inspection on my car free of charge because David said I should have peace of mind. I was worried about a lot of things, but it turns out I didn't need anything done at this time. So thank you to everyone at Alex's Auto Repair for being so friendly and making everything so easy for me. I'll definitely be going back there for my next oil change or whatever I might need. ?

I became a customer of Alex when he worked at the Arco gas station, I respect his honesty and willingness to work with me. Honesty to me is the most important character that I look for when dealing with others.
