I needed something notarized and let me tell you this is the place. $15 in and out Fast reliable service. Very nice friendly gentleman at front desk. A notary is there at all times unlike ups who only had some one available Mon. / weds./Fri. Till 1pm. Thanks!

We had our mail delivered here for few months until we moved out of the area. The owner was alway nice to us. He always provided us with good service. The price wasn't too bad, compared to post office box. We had medium sized box. I would recommend here.

came in here to drop off a package, the only rude man working their said for me to email the shipping label to his email so i did i sent it it once he said nope have git anything, sent it 2nd time & again he said nope havent got nothing walked away left me waiting as i see him walk away an stay in the back in a loud voice i asked have u got the label he screams nooo havent got anything, by now its been sent 5 times he wudnt come to check his computer right infront of my face... he was rude an left me their an didnt help me at all when he came back he said go print label an come back in such a rude way an walked away again first of all i came here for label to get printed by you an droped off... first an last time i come here he was very rude no wonder their was no people in their at all.... u can't lie u never got my emails when u did fucken liar!!!!! dont come here now i see why theirs so many bad reviews with this rude old man

What a terrible experience. Simple questions on how much it would cost to ship, person working was rude and told me I'm better off going somewhere else. Told me it would be over $900 to ship a small box just to get me to leave the store. I was shocked at how rude he was.

Called in last week to see if they carried boxes for mailing trading card booster boxes. They said yes, but would need to be placed under a special order. So means no supply on-hand for instant purchase. I went ahead and asked them to run it up for me. No purchase required upfront. They called back in less than a week's time with them as requested. I come in and the guy hooked it up with a free box on top of a 5pack I purchased. Much appreciated! Give these guys a check in for your shipping needs.

I used this location for delivery drop off and notary republic. It is very convenient location to me, they take most of main freight company drop offs. It does not show on the map if you google UPS or Fedex or usps, but they take all of these companies freight services. Also notary service is reliable and the owner is nice.

I would put zero stars if I could!! Totally rude. I came in because USPS was closed for Columbus Day. I had nine 5x7 envelopes to ship out, each a different size. I asked if he could let me know the total of stamps each envelope needed, so I could put my own pretty stamps and pay the difference to him. I was willing to pay more than the post office cost of stamps because of course that's where he makes his money. I've worked in a mail center business before for 5 years and I understand this process. But instead of helping me he told me go to the post office because he can't do it. I told him the post office was closed but he still refused. And he walked away to the back room. THERE WAS NO ONE ELSE IN THE STORE. Won't be coming back at all, and advise everyone to not go here if you want better customer service. Just rude!

Really bad service and rude. I asked about apostille service and the owner's answer was very rude says go to county clerk . I asked again where is county clerk cause I really didn't know. Answer was same " county clerk county clerk you don't know county ? " and hung up the phone. It was very rude .

Since it's the closest mail center by my house, I used their services a couple times from mail to notary but EVERY single time, the owner was very unfriendly, unwelcoming, and at my last visit, rude. Though it's the closest, I will drive an extra mile to another store rather than be treated with such disrespect and unwelcoming attitude.

I've had my mailbox here for 13 or 14 years now. I've used mailbox services for my businesses in different states and counties, and this is by far the best. It is always kept up so well and the service is always so professional. And it's always so clean. I'll be using the service here for years.

I had been here once before and walked out without getting anything done. I forgot about that until I went in again to send in 2 packages that I already had all the return labels and boxes ready to go.It was costing me 60.00 in postage already for a 2 small packages. I assume that it was Mr. Choi that informed me it would be 50 cents a package for the tape. I was shocked and he responded something like " you can just take them somewhere else". I was too busy to go elsewhere but I'm going to remember to never go back to him. The UPS store by the Smart and Final or the post office are both a much better provider for anything that this place offers
