Our big flat-screen TV just up and died one morning: no picture, no sound. It was out of warranty (even though I had bought the extended warranty). The TV manufacturer had one service center that was an hour drive from where I was; I'd also have to leave them an over $100 "consultation" fee before I'd get their estimate for repair. Before dropping down another grand on a new one I just googled local TV repair and this place popped up. The owner was friendly and said he had free consultations, plus he was 5 minutes away! In a couple days he told me it would be $260 for parts plus labor and a 90 day warranty. I'm now watching the big screen again! Great work and service!

Very honest and nice owner. Took my 55in t.v. In because it wasn't turning on. He just rebooted it and said that was all that was need. Honest and fast.

Wow! Completely blown away by the professionalism and speedy repair that was done today. My sony Android tv is about two years old and it started acting up as of late. Worst part about it is that this was a replacement unit from when it was still under warranty and it experienced similar glitches. Long story short, tv is no longer covered and after 10 calls with technical support they advised me to do a factory reset and it never turned back on. Chuck was punctual and assisted me with the dismounting the tv from the wall since it's a 75 inch! The process took 10 minutes to fix but we had to wait another hour for firmware updates which he patiently waited to ensure the repair was successful. If I ever encounter a problem with my tv, without hesitation, I will be coming back here! Thanks a bunch!

The staff was very honest. I give them a call to schedule an appointment for a free diagnostic. When I gave them a call to schedule an appointment for a free diagnostic they were able to troubleshoot over the phone and was honest enough to let me know that they were unable to get parts to repair the item instead of wasting my time. I appreciate their honesty.

Great experience. Wasn’t able to fix the TV and I wasn’t required to pay. Very nice family owned businesses. I hope I don’t have another broken device, but if I do I know where I’m going!

They were fair and didn't take advantage of us. The TV cost more to fix then to just buy a new one. He was very honest! My husband and I would recommend Advance Electronic to others

I was very pleased with the service at Advanced. My VCR player had qauit working properly and since it is old technology, would be hard to replace. He got it working and it was reasonable.

I give this place 5 stars. I took my insignia TV to get checked out after the main board died. He replaced it for a good price and my TV honestly works better than it did before. I'd recommend Advance Electronics to everyone.

I had a 60's era desktop fan that I purchased on eBay. It arrived not working. I couldn't find anyone to even look at it. I took a chance and did a walk in to Advanced. Although he had been closed for 15-minutes he opened up for me and diagnosed the problem as a faulty cord. For a fair fee he repaired the fan in one day. I very much recommend this business.

We need more honest business like these people !. Had problem with Hdmi port on my Tv, told to bring in for assessment, dropped Tv off and several hours later got a call from Chuck, said that I need to replace the Hdmi port and asked what I need the port for (occasional games, Roku etc.)he suggested that because the age of the Tv and my usage, it's not worth it to spend the money , I could use components instead. Went to pick up the Tv and they said "no charge " Thank you Advance Electronics, you've got this customer for life . God Bless 😇

the owner/ repair guy set an appointment with me 2 days ago to be at my house between 9am and noon. At 12:15pm i still hadn't heard from him so I assumed that he was not coming and I left to go to an appointment I had at 1 o'clock. He then called me at 1230 asking me where I am and then gets frustrated, then says he'll call me later to reschedule for the next day. I've been never heard from him the next day. The day after, I called him to inquire about when we could reschedule. At that point, he told me that he was angry that I wasn't there waiting for him even though he was late, and that I should call somebody else now. So, i did. I called another TV repair service, who has been much better all around. Boy's TV repair service actually set an appointment and made that appointment on time which I appreciate. I would not recommend this company, unless you have time to wait for somebody else all day. Very very rude, terrible customer service, would NOT recommend!!!
