I've been looking for a reliable mechanic with their pricing and great service. So I came here initially just for the oil change, I had Mundo look at a number of different things I know I need to repair it on my car. He definitely wasn't trying to upsell me and actually told me a few things that I didn't need that I thought I did.
Bottom line, I got my car back the same day with numerous things fixed and replaced and I absolutely would not hesitate to bring my vehicle back here for more service.

The staff at A1 Automotive in Cypress, California were extremely accommodating, efficient, and friendly. I received the highest quality of service here, and I will most definitely continue going to this establishment for all my auto care needs in the future.

I went into get an oil change. Very good customer service and only took an hour. They also have a coffee shop across the street, which is a great place to go if you are waiting on your car.

I've been coming here about 2 years now and plan to continue coming. Mundo and the team are amazing and my favorite thing has to be how they don't pressure/upsell repairs and services. They tell me what I should consider getting fixed but don't make me feel bad for not immediately doing it or try to sell me things I don't need. I feel like I'm always getting my moneys worth. I usually come for oil changes but relied on them for repairs after I was rear ended last year and they made it perfectly manageable. Same again this year when my check engine light came on. Absolutely love this mechanic and have every intention of coming back for all my car needs!

A1 did everything as promised with my wheel alignment- scheduled my appointment, worked on my car as scheduled, finished in the time expected, gave me documentation of the alignment results and honored the discount coupon.

Had an oil and filter change yesterday at A1 Automotive with a Groupon coupon. I was impressed by the high level of service provided, which also included a free rotation of tires and brake check. Robert Nicolao at the desk was very professional and humorous. While I was waiting, I was working over their free wifi and I found their washroom spick-and-span. The service was completed in the time frame that Robert had promised. Bravo, A1 Automotive. I would come back again in the future, and I would recommend my friends coming here.

Absolutely wonderful auto shop! I have been going here for years and never had an issue. The treat me and my car with respect and are willing to go the extra mile to take care of my car. The staff are always helpful and very professional! They know the value of good costumer service and the value of their work matches - never have I been worried about overcharging or further costs problems! Any problem with your car, please go here! They are very knowledgeable and can get all service problems resolved within a reasonable time frame. Very clean waiting room and restroom!

Got an oil change and checkup over the Holidays. Service was quick, the place was clean and today, people were nice and professional. Cost about as cheap as I could find for a standard service. Will definitely be using this place again in the future.
