Yan Song was very responsive to my inital quote request and scheduled a zoom meeting to discuss more details the day of. She spent a good chunk of time hashing out the details with us since we were trying to file taxes for the whole family. She was very patient and kind, extremely easy to talk to, and understanding. Yan Song was very capable and recommended tips here and there, showed she truly cares about her clients!
