This used to be a great branch. Look at all the reviews from 2019 and before. But they have changed. Look at all the recent reviews. They simply do not care about their customers anymore. They are understaffed, high-turnover, and worse, if you want to make an appointment, nobody even answers the phones. Either WtF, I mean WF, doesn't care about it customers either, or they need to do a massive clean up at this branch and start over.

If you're hispanic, avoid this bank, I was waiting in reception area, and the person attending completely ignore me, nice looking white tall woman walked in and attendant ran to help her, and still ignore me, im sure their camera system saw it, lots of cameras in the area, attendant mid 40 lady from India. I've had bank with Wells Fargo in the past and had to leave due to all their branches with majority employees from India or Chinese always looked down on Us hispanics, so there you go Wells Fargo management , you can ignore or you can fix the issue or pay Google to remove this review.

This bank fails to process a loan for me. Me and my partner worked at Apple with over 700 credit scores. This caused us the earnest money of around 30K and an opportunity to own a house. The lender is Eddie Caceres and Brian Griego.So definitely avoid these lenders or add loan contingency.They asked for all 12 months of bank statements and this involves unnecessary scrutiny from the underwriters. And they have false promises that keep us hopeful and lead to a 3 month long process.

Big shoutout to Oscar (and Maria) for helping out. Even though I wasn’t scheduled, they helped me out with a stressful situation. The help they supplied took a week long ordeal down to a single day fix.

Staff in general nice.On Saturday 4/29/2023 long line of approx 10-12 people waiting...one of the teller engaging in a conversation with a customer who broke the line and apparently knew the teller.

Had a bad experience at another wells fargo location before coming here. Different energy in the building, clean and organized. Most of all the customer service here helped brighten my day, with some light conversation and laughs. Thanks again Javier for helping cash a check that another branch wouldn't. Keep up the good work Javier ?

Still don't care about customers.Been asking for shelves next to ATMs for 3 or 4 years, since they replaced the other ones which had built-in shelves. The shelf gives a person a place to put their wallet, a drink, a purse, while using the ATM

Actually, for Jessica, she can get 5 stars! But the whole branch service still need to be improved. And I really don't know who the branch manager is, but my personal feeling, the manager should learn more about better customer service, no matter how busy it is! Jessica let me see high quality customer service from Wells Fargo bank again, especially for this location.

My wife and her business have been banking at this branch for over 30 years. This last visit Friday was so terrible she refuses to step foot in this branch ever again! The tellers now are poorly trained and sooooooo slow and every transaction has to be cleared by a supervisor whom we have never seen there before. The personnel turnover is the major problem and Wells needs to address this to maintain some sort of customer service consistency

Might be one of the slowest banks I've ever used. No matter the time of day they have no more than 2 tellers helping no matter how long the line gets. I own several businesses that bank with them. Just coming to get change takes 45 mins. Please open up more tellers.
