I was in the area and had a business deposit to do. I walked in the branch. Not everyone was wearing a mask. Since I'm vaccinated I didn't wear one. The tellers asked me and only me to wear a mask. Two older white gentlemen walked in after me mask less and was never asked to wear a mask. Like they did to me! This branch profiles only half the people coming in!

This was not our original branch but rapidly is becoming the one we go to. Personnel are friendly, courteous, responsive, and reliable, with outdoor ATMs when they're closed. Add to that two national chain coffee shops right next door, & what more could one ask.

When I first looked for opening a bank account, a stuff in this location was so nice, her service make me very happy to chose wells Fargo as my bank. unfortunately, after I became their customer, the service changed. Later I called her about my account , the bank stuff said he will pass my phone and she will call me back. but she never. when it happened first time, I thought she may be busy and forgot it. so I found other way to solve my request. Recently I called her , bank stuff said she will call me back after she finished her appointment with her customer. I waited for three days, she never returned my call. Wells Fargo employee's performance like her, is not trusty. no follow up service, the moment she got her sale done, asking for good review. then "bye bye" forever. i do not feel they care of their customers at all. at least in this location with this employee as an example.

I'm an eighteen year old student, and sadly I'm not taken very seriously at this bank. I came alone to get a credit card and the woman who was helping me, and helped my previously named Bhavna(?) basically asked if I gained weight and then she further said that I did gain said weight. In her emails, she told me "lol don't study so much" towards the end since that day I told her my plans for the weekend were to study. She also called me "honey" in another of her emails and we aren't even close. It's completely unprofessional. Although I may be young, I am still a customer and I was very disappointed with the service I was given. In the beginning, I really liked this place. The manager of the place--Thomas is A LOT more professional and he is very sweet and funny. Bhavna also was more professional then, and I'm not sure why she stopped doing so; maybe because I'm young? Either way, I'm sad to say that my experience here has been quite disappointing and I'll be changing my bank associate.

Staff is amazing. Always smiling. Calling you by your name. Provide great service. Changing to Wells Fargo from Bank of America after almost 18 years of banking relationship has made me feel human again. They go out of the way to accommodate you, answer questions by phone or email. When I opened another account, I had to wait. They gave me a small gift and apologized for making me wait. I did not think that I waited any longer than usual but I was touched by their gesture. Parking is tough at this location probably because of Starbucks next door.

I am a teacher in Mountain View and just had Maria and Hanh come in to speak to the students in one of my classes. I have to say, I am so happy to have Wells Fargo as a community member for our high school. Both Maria and Hanh were so incredibly helpful and helped clarify many myths about banking and gave REALISTIC information to our kids about having a bank account, paying bills, buying on credit, etc. They even gave each of the kids starter packets and free yo-yo's! I was so happy and thankful and the students made many comments in disbelief during the presentation, which told me that they were learning something new! It was even informative to staff -- for me as a teacher, and the other adult instructional aides as well. I'd recommend this branch and its representatives in a heartbeat!!! Thank you Maria and Hanh!

Think twice before going to this branch. Bank manager Julia Souza made us feel unwanted as customers, and told a little lie that made me question her integrity. We went in to make a coin deposit, and found out that Wells Fargo now requires you to put all your coins into paper tubes. While I returned the coins our car, my wife asked for the tubes so that we would bring the coins in the way the bank requires. Ms. Souza gave her few tubes. When my wife told her, it was not enough, the manager said that she was through half her box and couldn't give us anymore. When I saw how many tubes she'd been given I went back into the bank to try and ask for a few more, to which Ms. Souza responded that she had run out. When my wife responded that Ms. Souza had just told her she had half a box left, Ms. Souza back peddled. I understand that people make mistakes when they speak, and maybe this was all it was, but instead of owning up to it, she tried to cover it up. If Ms. Souza will lie about a little thing like this, what else will she lie about? I'm certainly not willing to find out. And definitely will not return to this branch again. As a note, the different branches are rated by Well Fargo, based on, among other factors, the number of deposits they receive. If you don't like a branch, let them know by not banking there.

There are a lot of negative reviews on here, but I have never had a better experience then at this branch. This one goes a lot farther out their way to protect me as a customer then any other one I've seen. I had someone complain to me that this branch would not let someone cash one of MY cheques they signed over to someone else. Thank god!! I don't want some random person cashing my cheques! Try going to a different branch, and then complain about this one!!

Most employees in this branch are friendly and cheerful. But, if your transaction requires anything beyond the ordinary or routine, be sure to ask for Padma - the only person in the branch with experience. Otherwise, go to the branch at Fremont and Mary. It seems that trainees are sent here to learn their job at the expense of your time. Even the branch manager is inexperienced. I've had several frustrating experiences here.
