Came in today for a what I thought would be a very simple change to my account. Waited in line for a teller only to find a banker needs to do the change, and none were available today. Saw one banker person helping some people, but like 12 other desks empty in the area. Seems like anything one has to do an appointment is necessary.. Wastes my time on simple things..

Actually, for Jessica, she can get 5 stars! But the whole branch service still need to be improved. And I really don't know who the branch manager is, but my personal feeling, the manager should learn more about better customer service, no matter how busy it is! Jessica let me see high quality customer service from Wells Fargo bank again, especially for this location.

My wife and her business have been banking at this branch for over 30 years. This last visit Friday was so terrible she refuses to step foot in this branch ever again! The tellers now are poorly trained and sooooooo slow and every transaction has to be cleared by a supervisor whom we have never seen there before. The personnel turnover is the major problem and Wells needs to address this to maintain some sort of customer service consistency

Are used to love this branch and did all my banking here. Today I go to open a new account at 4:40 and the gentleman turns me down. Telling me that they close at 5, they've always been open until 6.. there should've been plenty of time to open up a bank account within 20 minutes.

I had been with Wells Fargo for more than 30 years. They had been great servicing me and all my families. This branch ruined it all. I went in last Friday to release a court block on an account. I also asked the lady about getting Medallion Signatures done on my other documents. She looked at the documents and told me there is nothing she could do at that time. From the look of her face, I knew she is the one who is taking care of this matter. Considering this is usually an appointment needed issue, I took my documents back and told her I will call next time. On Tuesday, I went to make a deposit and requesting to make an appointment. The teller was very nice and took down my phone number and promised she will pass on the information to her. She called and we agreed to meet on Thursday at 11. I arrived on time but she was with another customer. I waited for more than 10 minutes. FINALLY, she came and apologized saying her manger forced her to take that customer, how it was not her fault. At that time, I just wanted to get things done as I also have work to get back. Again, she took the documents and stating there is another problem she might not be able to do it today. That's IT! I grabbed all my papers and left. Her service was unprofessional and totally clueless. My first time thinking of finding a new bank. Thanks to her.

The service is not good and blocking customers from entering the bank without an appointment is not a good way to keep long-term customers. I gave up waiting and never came back on a Saturday. I've been at Wells Fargo since the 1970s. During the next week, I'm going to examine other banks and see if the same policy is in place. I've aware Covid is around, but the bank needs to find another way to prevent existing customers from leaving.

Wait time ridiculous. Just trying to make a deposit. Only 2 people working as tellers during the busy time. No customer awareness. SMH

This location is always pleasant, clean, and friendly. Today I had the pleasure of interacting with Stephanie. She was awesome and polite. She was also fast which I loved as I didn't want to wait for ever to make 9 deposits.

We came here to open a bank account and it took over an hour and multiple bankers to figure out all of their system issues. The part that I am most angry about is that they would not let me use the restroom and told me to go to the Chase bank across the street to use the bathroom. I literally had to walk across the street to a competing bank (who graciously let me use their restroom even though I didn't do any transactions with them) and then walk back to finish opening my account. The only reason I am opening an account with them is because they have better mortgage rates. This branch sucks

As a business owner of a 55 employees I have our banking through Wells Fargo and with that I have the Wells Fargo Rewards benefit. Last September I booked a flight through Wells Fargo Rewards for my daughter's honeymoon only to find out the airline cancelled the flight and notified Wells Fargo but Wells Fargo didn't notify us. We did not find out until the day before when my daughter tried to check in for her flight and was told it was cancelled 4 months earlier. If that wasn't enough of a disaster I have tried since September to get my refund. I was told a check for $2000 was sent to me last October. I have followed up with 5 other people because you can't talk to the same person when you call back to get a status and each time the representative and supervisor is looking into it and will definitely call me back which they never do. Each time I call I am told a different story, a check was mailed, no it is now back in accounting, they have decided to give me points back but don't know why the points haven't been refunded etc. etc. This is the most unprofessional and untrustworthy organization I have ever dealt with. bait and switch!

Look no further! Alan Russell is the guy to talk to if you're looking to purchase a new home. He is patient and friendly. I only have good things to say about him. As a first time home buyer, I had a lot of questions and confusion with everything so Alan too the time to help me understand the process. He is great! 408-863-3308 (Office)

So disappointed in this branch. Most WF banks I've been to are NOT like this. My husband waited to deposit over $xxxx.xx in cash by waiting in ONE line. Reached the teller and she refused to help him make the deposit, insisted that he go use the ATM. The atm only takes 38 bills at a time, and we are trying to avoid making 2 cash transactions in the same day to reduce IRS and billing complications. I understand they don't want to tie up teller lines, but he made it all the way to the window and explained his issue. It would have only taken her max 2 min to process the transaction but she refused. My husband had to get in line again. He's normally not the type to be upset but he was pissed at this type of service. We bank WF in Alameda and Oakland and they would NEVER treat us like this. There's a reason why people are Private Clients at Chase or Premier Customers at HSBC. What are we considered as at WF? Where is the business banking line? Does this branch cater to businesses at all? Based on this experience, I would never give this branch a chance with any of my payroll, merchant, or other business needs.

Greeter is friendly and nice, some of the people working in the cubicles not so friendly. The kind of service they provide is based on who you are and how you look... haven't we learned by now not to judge someone by their appearance... I was extremely put off by how he spoke to me and his facial expressions like he was wasting his time . Will not be coming back to this location!!!

Donato Rivera was so great to work with! He was extremely professional and respectful. He helped us with notarizing important documents and didn't make us feel like a bother.
