Waiting more than 1 hour without picking up the pills. Staffs are low efficient and rude as always. Nothing improved in the past 2 years. Do not waste your time and find somewhere else for your family pharmacy right away.

Slowest service ever. Long and slow lines. All the time. 9 out of 10 times you'd wait over 30 min just to pick up meds. Horrible service.

Please ensure that the opening hours listed on Google are accurate. I arrived at 6:10 PM on Sunday, only to find that it had already closed, contrary to the posted hours. When I spoke to an employee who was leaving, she advised me to contact another pharmacy for my prescription. Unfortunately, I was unable to obtain my medication that day as my doctor had not added a refill to my prescription and this pharmacy had already dispensed the current one.

Went in to pick up a prescription for my bf and was very happy with the service I received by Sara at the pharmacy counter. She hopped on the register as soon as she saw 2 customers waiting. She was friendly and expeditious. She answered my questions thoroughly and was knowledgeable in her department. I truly appreciated not having to wait for just one person to ring people up. Her attention to her customers time sets this pharmacy above the rest!

Photo printing review:I used SnapFish to order print. I asked for the pics to be printed at this Walgreens on Bollinger. It is convenient as you can pick up the next day. However.... prints were really bad. They came out dark.I asked for a refund and handed them back.Then, I directed the printing to Snapfish. It took 2 weeks for them to ship, but what a difference in quality! Pictures looked really good.

This pharmacy and probably Walgreens in general have staffing issues. If you have time to waste then go to their pick up window. Suckiest and worst service. Live close-by so use this pharmacy but I would really prefer moving elsewhere. The people are lazy and don't care about the customers and have 0 value for time. Care and compassion is no longer part of medical services and this place has kicked it out the pick-up window long ago! Pathetic!

I visited this Walgreens to fill my kid's prescription today, and I had a concerning experience with the pharmacist. What troubled me was the unhygienic manner While she was preparing my child's antibiotic liquid. She used a random, unsanitary letter knife she found on the desk to break the seal open and even stuck her finger inside the bottle to peel off the foils to top the bottle up with water. I'm left wondering why she would go to the trouble of using filtered water in the medication while being so careless with the handling process. It's disheartening to think that a pharmacist, who works around sick people all the time, would be so unaware of basic hygiene practices. This incident raises serious concerns about the quality of service and safety at this Walgreens location.

My mom has been using this Walgreens for at least 10 years for prescriptions and vitamins I've been doing this for her for the last 3 years. I've always had great service, especially In pharmacy. Yes, 5:00 on a weekday means a long wait, but it's the same at CVS, and the pharmacy staff still is polite even with customers who are acting like entitled jerks when everyone is doing their job as best possible with a rush of customers

The Pharmacy is very slow! Don't get a vax there. We had an 11am appointment for a flu vaccination on a Thursday Four of us were the only ones there for a shot and it still took over an hour. I saw four people in the back. Walk up and drive up flow for Rx but still very slow.
