Agree with other comments, the staff especially the old man guy with glasses are so rude! I just realized that some of the stuff I bought was not fresh and they are not cheap too! This place is such a scam and I wonder how they sustain the business till now. I wish I could give Zero star!

Why is it every time I come at the end of the day, the fucking old man with glasses is always pacing around inside with the doors locked? They're supposed to close at 8:30pm, I arrive at 8:15pm, and the doors are again locked and that old man is walking around and shakes his head refusing to do anything. The saff in in Coupertino store hate kids! The staff was very rude to us out of the blue, and complained about kids. While he is very nice to other customers without kids. We were totally shocked. There are other stores that we've bought snacks before, where the staff were nice. But I will never visit Coupertino store ever... read full comment
