Not only is she efficient and creative, Vivian can bring out the best in each business partner.Vivian has excellent instincts; she recognized precisely where I wanted to be before I did. We came to know Vivian first as classmate in our singing class, not as a real estate agent. We didn’t expect her to give us greatest help in our house hunting. With her special expertise and rich experiences in her 30 years in the real estate business, she not only easily found us an ideal house and also found a good loan agent to get our loan approved. The most efficient agent/team I have ever had in my house-hunter experience (this is my 4th house). All questions were answered within 24 hours. Negotiation took 2 days, my escrow closed within 15 days! In addition, she has been very pleasant in providing local information for moving, painting, etc. which are post-closing activities. Vivian is well connected with local service-providing companies with a personal touch. I am very happy with the new house which Vivian represented me and equally happy with her excellent services.

We used Vivian to sell and buy our last 3 houses in Mountain View and Palo Alto as out family expanded. And she helped my parents buy their house in Sunnyvale as well. She's great. Very patient, knowledgeable of the bay area, super speedy with follow ups and moving paper work along. All qualities that helped us get the houses we wanted and the entire process was always so fast and worry free. Would definitely recommend her (and we have many times) to friends family who has the need.

Vivian has been great to work with. She is professional, very experienced and with personal touches. What I am mostly impressed with is her ability to make your offer to stand out among all the competing offers. I don't know how she does it but you will feel lucky when she is on your side in such situations.
