After this confusion is handled, it worked great for returning an amazon package. Just brought it ready with the label. They took it. Done. And it's great because there was no line

Bummer this location doesn't process QR codes and aren't capable of printing labels. If you can print these at home, this location would be fine. The staff suggested I print the label at FedEx store a few doors down, but that store was already closed at 6pm.

It's actually in the Michael's. You won't find any signs of UPS anywhere. The young man at the registry was very kind and efficient. He processed my drop-off right away, and suggested me to check my email for receipt before I left. Nice experience.
