Having recently joined, I was impressed by the exceptionally friendly staff. They efficiently processed my paperwork, wearing warm smiles, and patiently addressed all my inquiries. To top it off, the attendant kindly arranged a special package to be sent home for my family. Without hesitation, I wholeheartedly recommend their services to others.

I had the pleasure of setting up a Certificate of Deposit with the employee Oscar. I was impressed with TechCu's competitive rates of 5.20% for 17 months. Oscar was very knowledgable and answered my questions with detailed explanations. I felt very comfortable the whole process and I am happy with my decision to bank at TechCu!

Tech CU is a great for all my banking needs. Connor, one of the managers has assisted me on a couple of occasions. He was friendly, knowledgeable and was able to give me information that I needed. I highly recommend Tech CU to anyone who may be searching for a great credit union!

One of my sons was taking a trip out of state and needed a credit card for the rental car. His flight was on Monday and we went to the credit union on Thursday. I was assigning my son to get a card on my credit account so the process would be faster. Ashley Bojorquez, the new manager at Tech CU, helped us with the transaction and by Friday my son had a credit card. Thank you Ashley.

When I look for Provident Credit Union, google also shows this location on the map, which can be very confusing. Turns out, it's an ad - and I can only assume that it's paid for by Tech CU itself. I don't know who is responsible for creating wrong search result - is it google or Tech CU or probably both, just saying it once again: to hell with the advertising industry as it is.

We had an outstanding experience at the Tech Credit Union in Cupertino. Manager Adam is knowledgeable, personable, and is a pleasure to work with. He gave us a clear overview of the products that would fit our needs. As we decided to proceed with joining the credit union, Adam made an appointment for us with relationship banker Subash, who was helpful and accommodating in creating our new accounts. The branch itself is spacious and welcoming. It is conveniently located minutes from 280 and has ample parking. As for credit unions in general, I believe that they are significantly misunderstood and underappreciated. They do everything that commercial banks do, only better. In general their saving rates are higher, their loan rates are lower, in most cases they don't charge fees on everything like commercial banks do. And their funds are federally insured by National Credit Union Association (NCUA), which is a credit union version of FDIC. If you are deciding between a bank and a credit union, it's a no-brainer -- go with a credit union. And if you are in the Bay Area, Tech Credit Union on De Anza in Cupertino is one of the best credit unions you can find.

We love this bank! The DeAnza location is the one we go to and you feel like you are family here. The staff know our entire family by name. They always ask about my twins and when I do bring my twins in they are so good to them. Recently we noticed a withdraw on our account we didn't make. We went into the bank and Adam had it solved within minutes! This bank truly cares about you as a person. Not just a number. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable and they have notary services there too!
