Highly unprofessional. They have had my tax information for my business for nearly 6 months. It is not complete and every single time I reach out to them, they give different excuses. I’ve left voice messages and I have spoken to the secretary, they do not respond even after seven business days. This is bogus. Do not use them. Jonathan is highly unreliable, do not use him. His mother is In charge and apparently she does not care about their business.

I worked with Claudia Hill back in 2012 or 2013 to prepare some K1's and a personal filing and she did a good job. I would highly recommend working with Claudia at Tax Mam.

There is a tax preparer/EA in the office named John. He is one of the most knowledgeable tax preparers I have ever spoken with. He went out of his way to answer my difficult tax question about a K-1. His knowledge was certainly evident. I strongly recommend him and the TaxMam business. Real stand up folks.

I called John Hill and he gave a better education about my business startup situation than any of the lawyers and business advisors on our team. He's very knowledgeable and I plan to use him for our new company.

We have trusted Tax Mam with our very complex taxes for over 20 years and they have always done a great job. Courteous, clear. It is always best to take things in early and organized. They actually found an error in a return I had done with someone before and I got a lot of money back. We were also audited twice and Claudia Hill handled everything, and again I got a refund.
