Staff are very welcoming, nice, helpful, knowledgeable, and expert, providing exceptional customer service and advice on gardening, weeds, soil, blight, and parasites. The business has a lifetime return policy and an unbeatable plant guarantee. Customers recommend checking plants carefully or quarantining them, as a rare issue with pests can occur. The location also provides smaller bags of soil ingredients for custom mixes, Christmas wreaths, table decor, and hosts community events. Prices aren't too bad.

We love every SummerWinds location! We have a balcony we’ve been starting a garden on and have had a ton of questions and the staff has been so kind and helpful teaching us about plants for small spaces that also attract local wildlife!
