I ordered two drinks and waited 30 minutes because they lost track of one of them. In addition to the waiting, there was no milk or sugar available but didn't want to wait another minute to ask the staff. The manager also had an indifferent attitude, but that is to be expected.

one star is still too high of a review for this place. The cashier supposedly named Courtney is the most rude and offensive individual i have ever met. I walked in and walked up to the counter, and she told me to "Hold on, fatty, i'm busy." I was so taken aback and stunned i couldn't even think of what to say next. Courtney then followed up with, "Do you know what you want yet? Or are you going to keep wasting my time?" I am APPALLED that this location would hire such a mean spirited and nasty individual. This genuinely felt like a skit from a show or movie and i am still in shock about this. I will be contacting a superior and sharing my experience effective immediately. I would say i'm never coming back, but I will be checking in every now and then to see if Courtney has been replaced. Count your days.

After ordering a tall Americano, my wife and I waited for everyone in front of us and a few people after us before we asked the person who took our order about our order. We were told that the other (Roasted Coffee) area is for Americano coffee...presumably so we should check with that person. We asked the 2nd person at that (Roasting?) counter if they had a coffee for my wife. They reached over and rotated the 3 prepared cups (apparently, to look for names hidden under the insulators) and mumbled something and went back to work. A 3rd person saw us standing there and said my wife's coffee was there and pointed to the three finished cups. Again, the 2nd person reached for the cups one at a time and slid one forward. I said, "All you had to do was say so" to which came the snappy reply, "He did". I said, "We didn't hear it". Again she said, "He said it, I heard him". I said, "So we were standing there for 10 minutes by ourselves because we enjoy it?". Another snappy reply, "He said it, I heard him". On my way out I said, "But the customer didn't hear him". I don't know if it's me, but I never raised my voice or was nasty. I was assertive but not nasty. I honestly don't know what either of us did to deserve this treatment. The condescending, over confident, replies are not appreciated. This Starbucks will never get another penny of my money. I'm confident that this staff doesn't care...

Listen, I'm not a red cup fanatic and frequent your store once a day but my kids wanted a red cup so I ordered two hot chocolates and now I'm sitting in my driveway still thoroughly annoyed with the interaction I had with two baristas who did not want to give me a red cup. It is not my fault that you don't know what drinks are on the list to receive a red cup and if you can't remember then I suggest you hang a sign somewhere so that you can quickly check because not only were your baristas rude for no apparent reason (I was super nice and smiley the whole time when I had no idea why they were being rude) but they were wrong and treated me like I was trying to rip them off two ten cent red cups.And to the guy barista who condescendingly told me not to trust Facebook .. I'm not an effing idiot. But when there are hundreds of current baristas on a Facebook page for red cups posting the same correspondence from corporate and who have a long, long history of posting accurate information then yes, I'm going to listen to it. Not to mention, you're wrong. And it's pretty sad that I could list you the drinks on the list when it's not my job to know and you can't when I don't even drink coffee and primarily drop by for the teachers at my kids' school and for friends. So next time you want to talk down to me, check your facts. I'm sorry that today may be stressful to you and that you're probably overworked and underpaid but I was not being aggressive or rude in the least and I wasn't the ignorant one here.

My local when I'm in Cupertino/Los Altos. The biggest downside here is lack of parking but that's not exactly the fault of the store.Gender neutral restrooms and a relaxed vibe. Community board is updated often.A nice spot for cyclists if you're headed up Foothill. Best feature here is the cozy patio area, very dog friendly!

Drinks are sometimes up to par, but often lazily made (unmixed, ratios obviously out of whack). Cashiers make their chats a priority over turning towards the customer and greeting them, almost like we're infringing on their gossip lol. Very unprofessional service the last 3 times I've been - managers, please teach the young employees to at least act like they want to be there. Not just myself, but customers who say thank you to the baristas/cashiers are also often ignored since they are too busy returning to their conversations among coworkers. This isn't summer camp, just do the bare minimum.

Met a colleague here for a working meeting. It is in a strip mall right off the freeway so it's super convenient. Plus there's a TJs so you can get snacks. Two restrooms. And some small tables inside (2 person) and a bunch of tables outside. Nothing special, just your usual Starbs but it was perfect for my needs (convenient, free parking, bathroom, wi-fi).

Decent indoor seating and a nice patio too. Friendly staff.Order ahead works great. My order has always been ready when I arrive. Can get busy and noisy around 3 as it's a favorite for kids after school.
