“First and foremost, I would not wish this on anyone, but having an infant or child leave earth so soon, on the holidays and have a funeral all within 10 days is not for the faint of heart. Despite all that and their recent return from the holidays, Keith and his brother at Lightning Press have gone above and beyond in helping us provide high quality prints for our program and memorial cards, as well as foam board posters for our collages and prints. We had submitted work to them on Wednesday and hope to have everything by Friday for a Saturday (1/6/24) funeral, and would you believe it all within less than 24h of submission, they had it ready by the next morning for pickup? “Rick was super helpful in my quest for a plastic template to be used for my brother's ostomy bag. Since my brother didn't have a circular stoma, a template made of thin plastic was being used to trace his stoma shape onto the bag and then meticulously cutting the hole with tiny scissors. This was time consuming. I was concerned that the original thin plastic template would tear and wouldn't be useful. Rick, however, was able to make a thicker, firmer template with his laser. I sent the template to the Nu-Hope company and they used Rick's template to create the special "hole" in the bags for my brother's stoma. And because my brother is a Vet, Rick made extra templates and didn't charge me extra. I have to give credit to Tap Plastics, also, for sending me to Rick! THANK YOU, Rick! Annie N.”

“From the moment I walked in Greg greeted me with a smile and asked how he could help. He was helpful, polite, patient, knowledgeable, and professional. I needed a new passport photo taken, and ship my old passport, in exchange for a new one. Greg quickly assisted me, while answering all of my questions, and without any hesitation. This gave me confidence that I had everything I needed for my new passport and that everything would be squared away.
