Overpriced mediocre Japanese & Korean street fashion. I'd much rather buy directly from the brands I like and have them shipped overseas.

ShibuyaSJ is actually still open. They used to carry more girlie genre type clothing but have now switched to carrying primarily South Korean "modern" genre clothing lines. I inquired about the sudden halt in carrying the "Liz Lisa" brand for example, and the manager had confirmed to me (this was earlier in 2017) that they were revamping their lines, and that they would stop importing or carrying Liz Lisa and Aimerfeel merchandise, and Japanese merchandise in general (only South Korean clothes are now being sold). This is a shame since these two brands were the main reasons I became a loyal customer. I visited their newly overhauled shop about a month ago, and although they started to carry more than just a few pieces of what you would call classic dresses, it was still nothing compared to what they used to carry. So, as a note to past and future buyers, ShibuyaSJ has reopened, but the lines are now streamlined to focus on more modernized clothing, rather than sweet and elegant styles.

I went back a couple months ago and was very much ignored. When I asked for help with bras (I know my size has changed and I have no idea what I should be wearing now) the saleslady/manager, Jessica, who gave me such excellent service previously said "You've purchased bras from here before", gave me a cursory bra strap adjustment, and then ignored me the rest of my time in the dressing room. I think there was a new girl that she was training she didn't seem to know much about the products and how to adjust bras and she was not able to assist me. Came in wanting to buy bras and left with nothing. Such a shame because I had such great previous experiences.

You guys can skip this place! It is ruined already. I used to buy those cute sexy bras and lingerie from this place, but it has changed completely. Not sure if the owner has changed or what. I visited here a couple weeks ago, I live in SF. And time to time, I will meet my friends around Cupertino, so I came back here. Frankly, I expected there would be a lot of garments with cheap quality. However, the thing surprised me was actually the sellers there. Well, she works hard, but not smart. She kept pushing everything to me without noticing that I already felt uncomfortable. I wish the store owner could see this review, cause that person would drive your customers crazy, and ruined the mood of shopping. I believed her name is Jessica! This lingerie store did not focus on those cute lingerie like it used to be, and it ended up getting a lot cheap while overpriced clothes. This place no longer worth to visit anymore!

Bras that fit me for once! I wear 32B but bras that I would buy at Target or Victoria's Secret wouldn't fit right.. I bought two bras that were on sale for $15 each. I think the quality is okay as well! c:

Totally overpriced!! Like rip your eyes out and hand her your credit card and be in debt pricing. The chic clearly knows her audience. People who do not shop eBay or Amazon for Asian inspired cute Kawaii clothing. All her stuff has been flown in, probably in someone's bag on their recent trip to Tokyo. Not enough sizes, one piece of different clothing, and marked up 1000%! Do yourself a favor, check out eBay!

This store sells very cute clothing from Japan. Their sizes are petite. Customer service was great! Will come back for sure!

The girls here were super sweet and super helpful. They explained every single detail for their miracle bras down to how to put it on in the dressing room, which surprisingly helped a lot. It was a little pricey, I've seen other boutiques in milpitas and Cupertino sell the same stuff, but I like this place because of the girls who helped me. The bras in the end weren't for me, it kind of feels like my body was being squeezed into a size too small, but that's how they work and I'm definitely ok with them for a one or two hour event, not an all day thing. Again if they found a better way to manufacture the stuff here so the prices wouldn't be so high I would probably buy from them more often, but they are very good at providing what you're looking for. ;)

I love that they have such cute sets, but I hate that many items don't have price tags already set. I was glad to see they had my size, which isn't a traditional 32-36A-D size, but the girl who helped fit me didn't seem to know the same info I knew about bras, such as you're not supposed to hook on the inside hooks as a starting point because your band will stretch and then you've got nowhere to go. A good fitting bra should be good at the last hooks and as it stretches, you go inward. Plus, no courtesy about coming in. Just barged into the dressing room. I am not particularly shy, but asking before barging in would be very much appreciated.

I didn't end up buying anything and I can't speak for those who did, but I just want to point out that a lot of clothes I saw (in particular established brands such as Snidel ) are fake and they are selling them for the price of real ones. I used to live in Japan so I can tell right away. I am only guessing, that they probably get their stuff from the Chinese site Taobao ... If you like Japanese brands clothing, just use Usage-online, the shipping is not that expensive.

Why one star? They're unreasonably expensive and not an honest business. I was in the store two days before Thanksgiving simply browsing, and at the end Jessica persuaded me into buying $250 worth of clothing. She would always tell you that they are having an annual celebration where you will buy 4 and get 1 free. I asked her if I should come back after Thanksgiving for a better promotion or discount, she said there will not be any better promotion than their annual celebration promotion. After I got home, I was disappointed when I check online, the same item, same brand on amazon is 75% less than what they were selling for ! At that time I was like,... Oh well.. as least I get to try on the products before buying... Then the next day, they are advertising their new promotion during the black friday week. The promotion was buy 3 and get 1 free or 20% off. Which is much better than what their so-called annual promotion. So I messaged Jessica and told her about it, and asked her for a price adjustment. At first, she told me is either buy 3 and get 1 free OR 20% off one item, and cannot be combine, and she said she will refund me 20% off the 5th item I purchased. It was confusing, but at the end I was like, okay just credit me back to my paypal account. (I paid using paypal) Then 2 weeks gone by and I did not receive my refund, and I tried to message her again on their ShibuyaSJ facebook account, this time my message will not go through and failed to delivered... I am not sure if she blocked me or not, so I message her personal Facebook account, its been over two days, and Facebook messenger indicates that she has "seen" my message. But she refused to refund me the ~$10 and ignore my message. I do not really care about the ~$10, but I think it was unethical that she lied about the promotion, and when I asked her about it she just ignored me. I will not shop here again, and I won't recommend this store to anyone. For those of you that want to buy their Japanese style clothing, save your self some money by shopping on Amazon. Their brand is called 'aimerfeel'

My friend used to do import export on Japanese and Korean Fashion clothing and accessories. After browsing around, we found out that many clothing are not authentic. We bought a little cape and hat for my lil one and it was very adorable. We knew it was not authentic gelato collection but it was too cute. My only suggestion is to offer replica items at lower prices and do not sell it as the authentic. Honesty is the key to success!

I think the bras here are authentic. But I have to agree with Fernanda that they do sell REPLICA Japanese clothing here. One of my friends bought fake Snidel stuff here and found out later. She posted a review telling the truth and was removed. I also purchased something that turned out to be REPLICA. Also even their REPLICAS are expensive! I am extremely unhappy! My only request here is please be honest with your customers! I have many friends that will not come back to this store again.
