I have never had a bad experience at Ross but this one clearly just has a bad group of workers. I tried to return something i bought a week ago in perfect condition and the "manager" denied it. It was 2 dog beds that i put on my house floor for my dogs to try and they laid on it and got off and went back to the hardwood floor. So i wanted to return. There was some dog hair on the BOTTOM of the bed that could be patted off in 5 seconds. The sales associate older asian or maybe mexican lady was so rude and told me from the start that i cut the line which is not true as i was the first person in line behind the person being helped. Then she accused me of using the item for a long time and kept asking multiple times what date i bought it. She was too retarded to take the item out of a bag so she demanded I do it. She said I should have cleaned it off prior to bringing it in. So i took 20 seconds and patted off the hair. She had an issue with me doing that and called over the manager but the asian girl that walked up said "she's on break " or "she left" or something like that. So the asian girl claimed she was the manager herself. She told me she would return it this "one time" and i said why this one time there's nothing wrong with it. And she said it's stained. Where she pointed there was a piece of a dust bunny or something that could easily be removed. So i took it off and told her it's very rude to have a problem with someone returning something from a week ago when it wasn't even used. She sided with her retard associate and so i figured i'll just stop shopping at this one store. Anyways because i asked "why one time" she refused to take my return and told me i will not be receiving a refund. completely unprofessional, definitely not the manager, and just against your stores policy. So now I have to drive to another Ross who will have no issue taking back my things.

I need to give one of the cashier a big thumb up. the young Asian girl was being very professional handling a difficult customer in front of us. it was a busy Saturday ,a annoying lady was holding up the line and was being unreasonable but the asian girl handled it well and called another cashier over to help almost right away . Also the older Asian lady was friendly and the story was pretty clean compared to many other locations I've been to. a bit of a wait on fitting room but other than that nothing to complain.

I reported an obnoxious customer standing behind me who tried to pick a fight for no reason being annoyed at long line at this store. They made racist and intimidating comments. The store employees were not helpful and laughed it off. I hope they take customer concerns and safety more seriously.

I've always had a good experience at this Ross until today, I shop at this Ross frequently was was very much disappointed of the behavior from a "manger on duty" I came in today with my book bag and was wearing a puffer jacket that I was taking off and on cause it got hot. Me and my friend were shopping around. We were gonna check out so I left my cart near the checkout and me and my friend were having a convo of what I should I get. As I decided I notice this lady I wanna say mid 20s, Asian, she kept looking at us, and I pick up my bag and grab my sweater. She says something about putting the cart back rudely which we were gonna put it back in the first place..... I noticed another employee behind us just on her phone, taking photos I'm not sure if she was taking photos of us ? Or what. But she was there the whole time behind us and when we left she was gone. I go and checkout I bought 2 items and PAYED FOR THEM. The alarm goes on but for another costumer so I walk through thinking nothing since I just had payed. The lady which turns out to be the manger follows us outside and accuses me of stealing, when I had litterlay just payed for 2 items. She makes me show her my bag, which had my personal item, she had accused me of stealing and this is the "manger". It was so embarrassing, it seemed targeted since I had noticed she kept watching us, when my friend came In he said the manger gave him a wired look. It's just really rude and embarrassing to accuse someone like that, I'm not sure why she thought that maybe because weren't dressed the best, or because of my jacket?!?! Still no excuse to be giving us attitude. The alarm rang because someone was coming from the other side moments before I had just finished paying. As someone who has worked in retail make you get your facts straight before you accuse someone of stealing. I hope management has a convo with this "manager", who as well was giving her employees rude looks when they would speak to her. I've worked in a similar discount store and we are not allowed to even check someone's bag, what she did could result into a violation. My cashier was actually very nice, she saw me buy the items this lady was just looking for something to accuse us of.
