I had a lot of trouble with my previous tax people who had both given me a lot of incorrect information and had made a lot of assumptions about my financial situation. Lynn was so above and beyond on top of it compared to my last experience. She always asked very clear and to the point questions that were pertinent to where she was at in my preparation and was very prompt in her responses when I had questions of my own. Overall a very pleasant experience, highly recommend!

Every time this year, I dread getting my taxes done. However, Lynn is an absolute super star and made the entire process an enjoyable and seamless experience. Lynn is extremely kind, warm, supportive, and a joy to work with. She found time for me immediately and walked me through the various steps quickly. Don't look any further as Lynn is the right person for your taxes! I first reached out to Lynn with a few complicated tax issues and even though it is the middle of tax season she took all the time to explain and address my concerns for me. I was immediately sold on her service, expertise, and knowledge that I immediately used her service right after the first phone call. Moreover, throughout the whole process, she has been extremely responsive and super meticulous in preparing my taxes. I was so amazed she documented everything we spoke about so she can ensure the paperwork would be processed correctly. This kind of service and work ethic is rarely found now of days. I honestly am so glad that I found her. She is super great, knowledgeable, and not to mention one of the nicest people I have come across.
