After ten months of searching and countless open houses, my wife and I finally found our ideal home in the Bay Area, and we owe a huge debt of gratitude to our amazing realtor, Radha. From the very beginning, she was a guiding light throughout the entire process. Her patience was truly superhero-worthy, especially as we navigated the competitive southern bay market. Beyond her boundless patience, Radha's professionalism and expertise were invaluable. She provided us with invaluable insights at every turn, teaching us how to accurately estimate a home's value, determine a fair final price, and meticulously evaluate the condition of each property. I had amazing experience working with Radha. Being a first time home buyer, I went to her office with lot of questions about the entire house purchasing process and she was patient enough to talk to me for almost 2 hours and solve all my questions. She guided me through the entire process and she has in depth knowledge about the Bay Area market. Radha has decades of experience in the bay area market and she has amazing contacts in the industry. We had an amazing experience working with Radha to buy our first home in the Bay Area. We had read rave reviews on Yelp about her work. 1. Right from our first meeting, we felt positive about our chances of finding a SFH in a tough market like Santa Clara and Sunnyvale, despite a low inventory during mid 2023. Always felt we were in good hands. 2. Radha has a thorough knowledge of many zip codes. There were multiple instances where we had liked a home but Radha advised otherwise giving appropriate reasons. 3. There was a period when we were not ready yet to seriously start pursuing but even then Radha took time out to have us visit a few homes just to get us warmed up. 4. Radha was highly responsive to our messages and calls. Good with scheduling visits and timing them to our advantage. 5. Radha has a vast experience and connections in this field, which played a pivotal role during our offer stages. We reached out to Radha to get her insights on the market towards the end of November 2022. She spent more than 3 hours of her time discussing various south bay neighborhoods, the pros, and cons of each, and also gave us insights on the kind of property we could be getting within our budget. She did not push us to start looking, unlike other agents we talked to in the past. She was very honest about what she thinks about the market predictions, and what should be questions we should answer to decide to start to look for a home. Within a couple of weeks, we got the pre-approval and started looking at properties. She is very prompt in setting up appointments for viewing and never wasted any opportunity. And especially in the bay area market and even during the slowest period, SFHs were going into contract in a matter of days, and so every day counted. For the viewing, she will make sure to attend in person, asked us about what we liked and didn't like about a particular property, and curate the next set of listings based on our criteria. She always had an idea about the neighborhood and that helped us in the decision-making process. For each property, she also pointed out the pros and cons, how much in repairs we need to account for approximately, etc. While making offers we would discuss the comps and she always only suggested what would the approximate value of the property be, and never pushed us to offer more than we are comfortable with. Everything was super fast, and we made 4 offers in around 2 - 3 weeks, and this was during the peak holiday season in December and January. We got our offer accepted in the first week of January, which is approximately 7 weeks from when we first started looking. Having said that, she accommodates the timelines of the clients and works at a pace that is comfortable for the clients. Overall, we only have positive things to say about her, and her knowledge gave us confidence in what we were doing. Radha is one of the more experienced realtors in bay area and serves multiple locations. She is extremely knowledgeable about the place and is also aware of the future developments planned around the area. She knows in and out of many zip codes. She is sharp and a good listener. It has been a pleasure working with Radha. 1)Being a first time home buyer, we had a lot of questions about the process. Radha's vast experience and in-depth knowledge was invaluable in getting clarity on the whole process. 2)Her communication skills and punctuality are great. The drive and energy to get things done is impressive. We got a aggressive 21 day closing and she made sure the process was smooth and finished on time. 3)Another aspects is her contacts. Right from getting a loan to any kind of house repair or maintenance she always has contacts who have been working with her for many years and knows them well. We used her services very recently and I would say we are really happy with her. She's very punctual in getting back to calls and messages and very professional in dealing with all the issues. She planned and scheduled everything in advance and makes the process much easier for both the parties. She's very straight forward too so she will let you know what's the current situation of the market and what to expect. After having a not-so-good experience with another real estate agent earlier in 2021, we were looking for an agent who could guide us throughout the process. We could not have asked anything better than Radha! Some of the things which stood out to us while working with her were: 1. When we met for the first time, she carefully listened to our requirements. As first-time house-buyers, our requirements were all over :P. Radha helped us divide those into must-haves and good-to-haves, which allowed us to narrow down the search to a few zip codes! 2. Every week, she sent us a tailored list of houses that could be a good fit for us. I liked this approach more than other agents who set up automated alerts (you could do it via redfin/Zillow yourself!). 3. Her experience and vast knowledge of the bay area helped us. She knows in and out of many zip codes. 4. She was very accommodating to our schedule while visiting the houses. 5. As first-time house buyers, reading the long inspection report was challenging for us! I was fortunate to find Radha as my seller agent and the end result exceeded my expectation. When I decided to sell my house, I started to talk to a few local agents, including Radha. All these agents have very high Yelp scores. After more than a month of evaluation, Radha was the most prepared/organized when she met me. She presented a full report of the market condition and other useful information for the seller. She listened and communicated well. Her recommendations on various home improvements also made most sense (the most impact with minimal effort) to me. She also provided a few references, I talked to one of them and the owners were very happy with her. In the end, I went ahead with Radha. Once I signed up with Radha, she provided a timeline for various milestones. She coordinated with all the external parties, including home inspection, staging, and taking photos after the staging. All these were on a tight schedule. Everything was done without a hiccup, the house was on the market as planned. She provided timely/sound replies and recommendations (in email/text/call) to all my questions/concerns during the market engagement and after the house was in an agreement.

Not a good communicator and She is not going to respond to your messages after she received her commission. And also if you require her to have any understanding or sympathy about your condition you should forget about it. As a seller I have liked to know a little about who is going to live in my house. I ask Radha to give some background info about the buyer but she did not even bother to respond to me she basically completely ignored my question. I let that pass because I was in a situation that I wanted to just sell the house be done with it . After closing, I texted her and asked her if she can get the permission from the buyer for me to go and pick up my mails, again she did not respond back to me. As a matter of fact after the closing and turning in the key to the buyers I have not received any kind of communication from her. In this market it's not hard to sale a house. An agent should have other qualities and I did not find those qualities in Radha, so I personally not going to use her as my agent or recommend her to anyone else in the future.

I was thinking about selling my house. I was aiming for the March time frame. Since I didn't know any good Realtor, I found Radha on Yelp. I gave her a call and immediately received a call callback. I explained my situation and she made the recommendation to sell it sooner due to the market condition. She was so right. She immediately came up with an action plan and the house was sold in less than 3 weeks after I contacted her. House needed a complete interior paint job, cleaning, etc. House was sold with way more than I could even imagine. I owe it all to Rahda and her knowledge and experties. If I had to do it again, Rahda would be my first phone call.
