Horrible experience, this is my favorite for the last years. But, this Friday morning, I came to pick up my 4 rackquests, and I was not sure he was owner or employer, he spoke like he upset on something and putted it on me. I came in and asked "Good morning, can I pick up my rackquest?" Then, he put on earphone and did not even look at me, and he said leave the receipt there. I was little confused because I did not know what wrong with him. Then, I stood at the counter, and he turned back see me and spoke louder "Just Leave the Papers On Counter."Amazing customer service to a customer spent hundred to thousand dollars.3 stars: 1 star supplies badminton, 1 star great restring, 1 star other good employees, and -2 stars for that rule customer service attitude.

TERRIBLE customer service. Have some decency when speaking with customers. I came in and politely asked some questions about a badminton racket and I got extremely rude and cocky responses. I spoke to a male in the store..whoever you are I suggest you take a course in manners before you open a business. I’m struggling to give it two stars….but since they did the job(restrung a racket) I’ll give it to them…but I’m never coming here again and definitely not recommending it to anyone.

Great shop in the neighborhood! Got everything I need for both Tennis and Badminton. Staff are very knowledgeable. Will definitely tell my friends about it.

My friend came in here asking to demo "Nadal's racquet", and the clerk lied to him and gave him the Babolat Pure Aero "Team". If you're into tennis gear, you know that Nadal plays with a pro stock racquet that isn't sold at retail. When people ask for "Nadal's racquet", it's universally accepted that they want the latest Babolat Pure Aero; not the Team, not the VS, not the Tour, not the Lite, etc. When I told my friend he had the wrong racquet and to take it back to the shop, the clerk told him, "It's Nadal's LINE!". Didn't offer a refund or any legitimate explanation. This guy should know better than to hand the customer a "Team" racquet, and if he doesn't, he shouldn't be working in a tennis shop. If this place is willing to lie about a racquet over a $10 demo fee, they can't be trusted for anything else. Do yourselves a favor, and take your business to Vu Tennis on the other side of town.

Terrible stringing service. I got a bg65ti string for my racket and it only lasted 2 weeks. The string broke at the knot. The knot is very big and ugly. Don't string your badminton racket here.

Have been to many stores before, but none sold me tennis racket grips saying that it fits a badminton racket. Very bad service and not expected from a store this way. Not all recommended to people. Also the grips are not a dollar or two, I paid just 25bucks for 2 grips. Ridiculous! I cannot rate less than 1 star, store should be happy for that.

I don’t know why the Covid now has already became a “good reason“ for rejecting the customers who want to return a bad shoes. I only wear it for 20 minutes. The shoes keep slipping off when I was playing tennis. It’s really hard to wear them to play tennis. I remembered the guy in this store told me I can return it if I found the shoes is not good. I am sure he did not told me I could not return it. In Nike, adidas, and all other stores, if I only wear the shoes a little bit and found the shoes is not good, I can return it. But why this store rejecting return by using “Covid protocols”?? Never gonna shopping this store a again.

Nice local store and helpful staff. Brought couple of badminton racquet, reasonable, even great prices and shuttles, got one gripped for tape plus $3 labor. Quite safe

this is the only local store for table tennis I can find in bay area, maybe that is the reason that the guy in the shop is so arrogant. He was talking with the previous customer in Mandarin but when my friend and I entered the store, that guy refused to speak Mandarin. It's not a big deal to speak English in an English country but that guy was apprently intended to insult us, this was disgusting.Also that guy has poor expertise on table tennis and failed to give me any useful suggestion on choosing a tt blade. What he said regarding table tennis was completely not correct, maybe its just because he didn't want to make business with us.BTW, the blade and rubber sold in this store is overpriced, I didn't get chance to check if those stuffs are authentic but they are 30% more expensived then offical website.Another of my firend who went to the store to seek a tennis paddle also had a similar bad experience there. I personally will never return to this store and recommand anyone who is looking for tennis accessories to try other stores or just shop online.Stop fooling me, OK? I heard that 'Peter' talking in Chinese with someone else. I didn't expect you respond to my review but if you really want to make business, learn to be a good person first. I really should have read all the reviews here before entering your store.
