Got redirected by CVS for some blood work so walked in without an appointment. Fortunately, it wasn't a busy day and Susan accommodated me within barely 10 min of arriving. She was incredibly polite, quick and also great at conversing. 6 stars for her!

There is one lady working here who is very very rude and cranky. She is quite a senior person. If you get an appointment here, make sure it's not with her. You'll have a bad day. If she doesn't like her job , it's about time to retire. Higher management , please do something and she needs to take etiquette 101 course. Rest of the staff are excellent.

I went to do a glucose test here. The Asian little girl was helpful at first. I told her after I drank the drink that I was going to go outside to the car to sit for the hour I had to wait. She said oh ok. 40 minutes passed and they called me saying “where are you?” “You were supposed to stay in the clinic” not once did that little Asian girl tell me I HAD to stay there’s my boyfriend heard me tell her I was going to the car and she lied saying she said I couldn’t. The old white lady was rude and acting as if I didn’t comprehend what was happening. They wasted my time and said “if you go to any other quest you’ll have to wait in the waiting room” I told her “that’s fine if y’all would’ve told me since the beginning then I would’ve stayed” turns out I went to another quest and they let me walk to the car to wait and my appointment and time wasn’t “cancelled” due to the short walk. I’ve been 4 times and every time I’ve been to this location the old white lady cares more about going to a party after work versus helping people out. Zero stars if I could

This is the WORST LAB. Do not bother going as a walk in, they will make you wait hours. Only go if you have an appointment. They are unprofessional, complain if it's busy, and leave you with painful bruises. AVOID QUEST AT ALL COSTS.

And this is how my arm looks like after six days of my blood drawn. Still hurts ! And I'm quite sure it's not the issue of my " sensitive skin" because I had done blood drawn many many times and I've never had bruise like this, never!!!

Very good place. Everything was done very quickly. The medical worker was very friendly and kind. The results of my tests came in just 3 days. Making an appointment is comfortable and easy.

Every visit to Quest is an exercise in frustration. I would give them less than one star if that was an option.

I have never had good experience here.. People who work here just go out of their way to do shoddy job and Quest Diagnostics website is just unaware of scheduling issues with this particular place - website will schedule you in but when you go to this place, they will find a reason to tell you to reschedule: can't do this today or that today or some inane excuse.. A minute spent on this place is a minute wasted.

If possible, I would like to give a negative start. I scheduled an appointment, wait 30 mins, but the lady said she couldn't find it and kicked me out. Susan literally has no manners, is rude, and disrespectful!!

This Quest Diagnostic was small, but very clean. My appointment was on time with a few minutes early. The phlebotomist,Tammy was very friendly and always with a smile in chatting. She made my nervousness go away. She was very professional drawing my blood and had me checked all the labels. I highly recommend and appreciate her great work and will definitely go back for my next blood test.

Why this location has two stars?!! The old lady deserves ZERO star. First time I took my 2 yr old daughter walk in at 4:40, we used the pad to check in and wait, and the lady came out of her office at 5:10 said "we are closed". Second time which is today. I took my daughter there again, 20 mins earlier than the appointment time. how stupid I am to walk into this place twice. The lady tried to put mask on my kid but I told her my kid always refused to wear mask. She made my daughter cried hard immediately and she took her temperature which was 99. The kid got sweating when she's anxious and crying. The lady said she can't draw her blood today. Then she saw my daughter got runny nose. I told her she got cold but not Covid last week now she's ok. She said" I don't want to be infected" I'm thinking B**** just move your a** and do your work!!!! I told her " The harder and longer You make her cry, the more possibilities you are to be infected." Then she started to complain my daughter is so tiny and keep saying they can't draw blood from her. Then I realized she's not experienced with toddlers. She has no confidence but she felt shame to speak out. I said she did blood tests many times before. She says yes she has veins blablabla. Crap... everybody has veinsThen she asked me to show the prescription. I have it in the doctor's email. She said they need me to print it out. Okay.. I walked to fedex carrying my kid and printed the paper out. When I returned to her office it's about 4:45. I said to her" I'm back" and she asked " you are back for what???" with a bad attitude. It's so disgusting to talk to her but I have to. She and her assistant who name is Tammy started to input the information on the paper into their system. I was like... you asked me to print it out then you still hand typed the information into your system??? You can't read the prescription on my phone?! Then they can't figure out one thing on the paper, I try to make the test done so I asked if there is any information missing? She immediately said yes!!!! With a smile on her ugly face. The lady was like... I can tell from her face, she's relieved . finally she caught something wrong so she didn't have to draw blood from a 2 yr old kid. I said i can call the doctor's office to get confirm about your question. The she and her stupid assistant Tammy said together "we are closed". I looked at their clock and it's 4:55. I said it's 4:55, you should close at 5:00. and they said " we are closed" And the old lady said " I know it's difficult, I have 3 children " yes it's super difficult especially when meet a trash just like you. Btw I searched on quest official website, and it clearly says" A lab order can be printed or digital" Quest manager or HR, you need to follow the previous reviews and fire them, hire someone who can draw blood from little ones and know how to read the time from clock.

I just want to thank Marcie T who provided the lab services to me on 09/20/2022 4:10pm, at Cupertino Safeway. Marcie is professional, and very kind. She is the best phlebotomist! Quest is lucky to have Marcie as their employee. Thank you so much Marcie!

I am giving this location 1 star only because I was able to be seen after being scolded like a child and told In front of another patient that was sitting in front of her that I would not be seen today due to appointments already scheduled followed by the phlebomist lunch time ….so I took a deep breath and told (Susan )your phlebotomist that I would not mind waiting and she continued rudely with her explanation it is now 11:10 am what is your name?? She continued and I have appointments scheduled you are a walk in then I have my lunch at noon she stressed again I told her I’ll wait you may have a cancellation There is still 50 minutes before your lunch. I have never been to a laboratory where the staff is this rude seems as if she is unhappy with her job and maybe shouldn’t be in this field of course this is only my opinion I’m sorry but you do not scold a 50 year !! Fortunately there was a patient not show up on time and I had to ask if I can be fit in since no one was there and I waited 10 mins after the patient who was in before me left . This place can use some employee training as etiquette appears to be an issue . I had been here before and was surprised this was the attitude I was given.

Unfortunately, I had to edit and update my previous review of this Quest location due to my visit today. I walked in at 1pm and greeted Susan with a cheerful. "Hi!". She never even looked up as she brushed past me to leave the office. I asked her if she was leaving for the day and he said yes and kept walking. Another patient asked if someone else would be coming and when we should expect her. Susan said, "She'll get here when she gets here!" I wanted to be sure to update my review because I didn't want to be the cause for someone to visit Quest and have a negative experience dampen their day. A little kindness is free, quick and goes a long way.
