“I received the best service last Saturday. I didn't catch his name but on the receipt it says Kieth. We are familiar with how to paint but not all the different types to choose from. Kieth took time to explain to us all the different finishes and helped us pick the paint to gave us the results we were looking for. He didn't try to up sale or sale us too much paint. Excellent service and for a great value. We were able to finish our project and love the results!”
“I have been going to Benjamin Moore Creative Paint on Camden Avenue for many years. The customer service is outstanding. Both Ariel and Matt have helped me a great deal in selecting paint colors. I bring photos and samples (e.g., tile, bedding, fabric) to the store and Ariel helps me select the best colors for my project. Matt is usually at another store location but he has done a terrific job in custom matching paint. They are both fabulous!!! They have a great eye for color. And, of course, Benjamin Moore is the top quality paint! Plus, the small sample cans of paint colors are a real bargain and extremely helpful in finding the perfect color.”

“We came in to get a feel for paint, as we’re doing a renovation and needed to make some decisions. His was our first stop. Nicholas is a color specialist there who was SO great. We decided to purchase all of our paint from Benjamin Moore because of him. We went back three times in one day, with more questions each time, and he was amazing each time. He has great, thoughtful questions (how much shade does your house get? What color are the houses around yours? What direction does your house face?) and made suggestions based off them. Plus he answered every question we had with a ton of insight.We are going back to consult with him on all of our interior paints, too. He gave us a list of things to come back with so he could help us pick the right colors for each. We really appreciate his thoughtfulness!!”
“Yesterday went in and was helped by Matt for a large order for a renovation I'm working on with #Enterprise Painting. Matt was very patient with us while we confirmed the color choices and paint codes that we had chosen for interior and exterior which involved different color for exterior alcove, interior accent walls, door, etc. So Matt was patient and respectful of our process of being careful on that large of an order. He gave us his opinion (validated it) on our choice of exterior and my painter's choice for the type of cabinet paint (Durapoxy has two kinds). He loaded it for us. I appreciated his professionalism and wanted to give him and that location a shout out for great customer service.”

“Serena and her crew always give me fantastic service. Serena just taught me some things about spray tips that I never knew, and I've been a painting contractor for 35 years! These guys are quick and efficient and seem to be very well stocked. She just set up a delivery for me with multiple items. She made it easy for me to track what I'd received. Great communication about delivery times. Delivery guys Enrique and Muhammad were very polite and helpful as well. Great experience!”
