“I frequently visit Mountain View for business, and stay at the Hampton Inn next door. This is one of the first places I come to when I start my trips. Very convenient to pick up a bottle of wine, a few bottles of water and some snacks. The most common cashier that I encounter, who I assume is Sousa but have never asked his name, is always very friendly.”
“I find it odd that I'm reviewing a little market, but this place is fantastic. Went here because whole foods was closed and I needed to pick up beers for a get together. Didn't expect much, but wow the craft beer selection fantastic and a super friendly owner. I love whole foods, but I probably won't be going to whole foods anymore for beers.”

“Awesome store, clean and well stocked. Went in today to buy some of the KitKats from over seas. Mai was checking me out at the register and I asked if they had any larger bags. Cause I bought two items at Micheal’s and they didn’t have any big bags. She helped me find one that fit perfectly. Also told me about signing up for the stores incentive program. Which was free and got me 15% off my snacks. Which was amazing. Saving my day on the bag situation and helping me get a coupon on my snacks. I will totally be back! Kind employees with awesome customer service.”
“Love the shop. But! Guys, you’d better set a self check out cashiers. It takes forever to check out. I’ve spent 12 min in line with 2 cashiers open and 1 person in front of me. Chatting, no envelopes, cranky terminals, other reasons. It should be more effective, really.”

“The perfect neighborhood store. The folks there are very kind and the owner has a great sense of humor, often joking and laughing with customers. I always leave the store smiling. They have anything you’d expect a corner store to have and the beer selection is better than any 7-11 out there. The owner offers to even order specific items you want but don’t see there. That’s a level of customer service you don’t see at stores much these days that’s for sure. Great spot.”

“This Total Wine and More is my favorite. The selection is amazing, and they regularly have wine tastings which are fantastic. We go almost every week on Friday or Saturday to try the wines they have out for tasting and choose a couple of bottles to take home. Last week Oliver was doing the tasting and he was awesome! We got to try several wines that he thought we would like, and we ended up taking 4 bottles home with us!
If you're not going to the tastings, you are missing out!”

“Ordered from their online store and they sent me Tequila Ocho Reposado and I ordered Tequila Ocho Blanco. The Reposado bottle is more expensive than the Blanco, keep in mind. I reached out and let them know that they sent the Repo instead of Blanco and they happily shipped me out another bottle of Blanco FOR FREE. It's not cheap either. 5 Stars all the way. 110% recommend and will be doing more business with them. Can't recommend them enough. Customer service is fantastic.”
“A liquor franchise store you can visit in the United States.There were many different types of whiskey and wine.The staff was very friendly.They put the whiskey in a paper bag, and when I asked if there was anything I could do to package it safely, they gave me some air caps that weren't in the manual. ?The price isn't terribly cheap, but it's still cheaper than retail stores, and more than anything, I felt good about finding the whiskey I was looking for! ?”

“If you are looking for rare booze, this is your spot. Pricing isn't the best, but it's definitely competitive. and by the best, i refer to retail. I'm a bourbon guy, and the selection here is top notch. A lot of the stuff i want is still way $$$$, but i think pricing for it is reasonable for the rarity of what i saw (See pics). They have all the amenities needed for a liquor store- Ice cold soda, Lottery Tickets, cigarettes, and of course a MASS Selection of booze. Honestly- they have the biggest selection of Bourbon i've probably seen. Staff is always friendly and you can tell they have regulars that frequent here. Come here to get your booze and support local business.”
