Feels like they went out of their way to create the smallest waiting room they could for the influx of patients, which is frustrating. The check in process was a nightmare, and that’s mostly because they left one poor woman in charge of manning the desk and she’s swarmed by people. Hire another desk person!! The results were very fast though, got them the next day. Taking my blood took less than two minutes too.

I had the best experience here and if you have tiny veins, dread getting blood work because of multiple jabs, ask for Katie, she took time to look for my tiny veins, made me feel safe and took 1 shot and it was done, no pain for me. I felt cared for. She's absolutely great, very professional and kind. I wouldn't go to anyone else from now on. You'll thank me later!

We have visited this location only one so far but will definitely be there again, thanks to our wonderful experience with Sherry. Despite pretty busy schedule during/around our visit, Sherry volunteered to spend significant time and effort to fix the paperwork issue!(The issue resulted from mistakes of the PCP office of my very elderly relative, whom I drove to take this blood test)
Sherry was very productive, efficient, and at the same time most courteous and cheerful! We both are very grateful to her and hope to be helped by Sherry again during our next visit.

I had a very positive experience at this labcorp location. The lady at the front desk was super nice and polite. The phlebotomy specialist was very professional. He did my blood work very quickly and painless.

The worst of the worst. I did a blood and stool test. They mistakenly frozen my blood sample first which led to test rejection in their san diego center. 2 days later, I submitted my stool sample, they frozen it again and caused the test rejection again!!!!! Avoid Lapcorp at all cost.

Used to love this location but they seem to have staffing issues lately. Like others recently, I arrived to an "appointment only" sign this morning as there was only one person assigned to work today. Unfortunately they do not have advanced notice of this so the only way to find out is to go in person.

“Appointment only” sign on the door after being directed to this facility by an insurance. Fasted for no reason, no empathy from employees

I have been to Labcorp Cupertino (Prospect and Town Center) for 15+ years, and always experienced its crispy operations, the staff (especially Sherry) are courteous and efficient. This is a healthcare facility, thus many controlled procedures been imposed there. As long as you well prepare the information of order, personal data, insurance, and understand its queue by appointments and walk-in, then you won't have any issues.

Making an apt. Is very difficult. You create and than before you can write the information down it disappears.

My wife brought my daughter there today for a blood draw and it was a very smooth experience. They arrived at 2:45pm as walk in, no other clients, the front desk is the nurse, and she was very welcoming, offered to use small needles for child, and talked with my daughter to relieve the stress, got it done quickly in one try, also offered stickers on their way out. Due to so many bad reviews I was worried and was pleasantly surprised of such a nice experience. Thanks a lot to the nurse there!

I was here today at 2:40pm for a breath test, after checking in the lady at front desk called me for paperwork at 2:45pm and while filling up some info she told me this test requires nothing in mouth one hour prior, which I didn't know from my doctor. I told her I need to wait until 3:15pm for the test as I just had water half an hour ago. The lady then quickly ran her calculation and told me the test needs 15 mins and her paperwork needs another 2 mins, so it will take her 17 mins to finish my test and that would be 3:32pm, so literally 2 mins after the lab closes at 3:30pm, and she refused to take me for the test. "It's Friday, are you willing to take off from work 2 mins later on your Friday?" That's her response with her sly smile when I begged her for the second time... Labcorp needs some training on customer service at this location. Shoutout to ladies at Samaritan Dr. Los Gatos location, I was able to get my test done at 4:57pm there. They still allow patients to check in at 4:55pm and when I left the lab at 5pm the time they are supposed to close they are still working with the last two patients.
