This local beauty shop is becoming my favorite. I usually shop there with my daugther. They have not only Japanese products, but aslo expending their Korean products. The prices are resonable. They have many testers for you to try out before you make a decision which I really like. Stuffs are friendly and knowledgeable.

Great selection of Asian beauty products. Staff are knowledgeable and super helpful. The prices are slightly higher than online retailers but I’m okay with supporting small businesses…until the tip option at checkout which was a bit off setting.

This place has a lot of variety for specialty skin care and beauty products. That being said I agree with what most people say about this place which is the tip. This isn't a sit down restaurant or a place that serves food, it is ridiculous to ask for a tip given how most items are already more expensive than what it is sold at on amazon. If it wasn't for the tipping situation it would get a 4.5/5.

I went here with the intentions of purchasing LuLuLun face sheet masks after buying/using them during my recent Japan trip. I was pleasantly surprised that the prices here are the same as the prices you find at the drugstores in Tokyo! I plan on making more purchases here in the future, but I'm still a little confused as to why the POS system asks for tips.

They ask for tips, ridiculous. It’s a store! Not a sit down restaurant

This is such a fun store for anyone who enjoys makeup or skin care. I had come before given its convenient location in the 99 Ranch plaza, but returned after binge watching some Korean drama on Netflix. I was excited to grab some orange lip stain and brightening concealer. Friendly and knowledgeable store clerk was very nice and helped steer me in a better direction - left with some concealer in the correct shade and a coral lip gloss that I've really enjoyed - really appreciated that they had testers for you to use. They have plenty of Japanese and a few Korean brands and products including face masks, skin care, makeup. The only thing that was a little off putting was that they had very in-your-face photo print outs of "thiefs" on the front door. Don't expect the same assortment as if you walked into a Sasa or Watsons in Asia, but overall experience was good, especially if you want to test products / shades out and need help vs. ordering blindly online.

Called in looking for some derby replacement straight razors for mens shaving. A young lady was so helpful and patient with me over the phone. when i walked in and recognized she was the one who had helped me on the phone she walked me right over to the merch we had discussed. I ended up not buying as they didnt have what i was looking for but was impressed with level of service i recieved

Walk-in with my gf, and noticed that the co workers was yelling at the customers. We leave immediately. Can’t believe how they got 4.7 scores on google maps.

NEVER COME AGAIN!!If you want to be yelled at by a shop owner in front of all the customers, come on! The owner here will scold you for taking a tissue to wipe off your lipstick test. We are customers, not your servants, and it is a very uncivilized thing to shout at customers!

Expensive beauty items, my daughter bought a birthday gift for a friend. I don't agree with them having a tip offered to pay on top of the purchase it is a retail beauty store! I don't pay tips at Ulta beauty? Items are cute but expensive I wouldn't shop there for myself

I literally swing by every time I place an order at Ten Ren's next door. Should my wallet be concerned? Maybe.Kira Kira is such a fun place to browse. I like treating myself to their huge array of body washes, since some of the packaging is so cute. They have a good selection of face masks that often go on sale. Their skincare product prices are sometimes higher, sometimes lower than Amazon products, but you can't beat the convenience of getting something ASAP. (Prime just doesn't feel so fast anymore these days.)The staff is very helpful if you have questions and definitely recommend signing up for a rewards program if you live in the area (since you might find yourself coming back often).

Kira Kira is heaven to me. I am such skincare lover and I only use k beauty on my face because Korean skincare is 5 years ahead of any another country. The lady there was very helpful and polite. Left my whole paycheck there but now I am so happy with the best k beauty products :)

Wonderful selection of Korean and Japanese beauty products! So easy to step in with the intent to get one thing, and come out with 5+ items with how affordable some of their prices are! The staff are honest, helpful, and wonderful in giving honest feedback and opinions on products.I've never really come in before thinking it was really expensive, (like, Face Shop prices)! But their skincare is actually very affordable and they have amazing Korean brands that my skin have loved. Shopping around, I've found great hair care, and unique makeup items, (staff are super helpful instructing on how to use). Definitely an all stop shop for skincare, hair care, makeup, and cute things :) I've been here back to back 2 days in a row I just love this store!

There's not a ton of Japanese/Korean beauty shops in the bay and this one wasn't too pricey. I think there are more Japanese products but you can definitely get everything you need -hair products, toners to moisturizers, sunscreen and SPF chapstick, etc. & they have summer sales on a few items! Ofc it's still a bit more expensive than buying on yesstyle, stylevana, Amazon; but you're not waiting for shipping so it's worth it if you're in a rush for something. I even got the beauty of joseon sunscreen which has been sold out everywhere and it was on sale for $15! The girls working there were also helpful in answering questions and recommending products! & There's a rewards program. If anything I was hoping to see more of a variety of Korean products and more makeup in general.
